You are right. Pakistan is suffering from political and economic crisis. These type of issues are solved when there is stability. Imran Khan banned the plastic bag and it took 2 years to move from plastic to cloth bag. Which now this new government has removed again. Shame on them.
There is very big gap between rich and poor. The rich are too rich and they get everything organic and clean and stuff. The poor don't know nor care. The middle class is missing. Sadly

Yar Pakistan main din ka khana to zayda tar veg hota hai raat ka non veg. Issue yeah hai ke log bahar sirf meat khana jata hai weekend main 1 se 2 dafa. Baqi vegetable gher main banata hai. Aisa veg specific koi hotel nhn hota. Waisa snacks hota hai. Dahi bhala karachi and punjabi style, goll guppa, fruit chat, ladu pethi, Chole nature. Yeah snack hota hai 6baja chai ke sath khata hai
