some info: this project needs way more work than i am willing to ever do for it. SFX work was started but was not satisfactory. All animation was manually key framed by me, with much of it still needing another pass to smooth many movements out. The lighting is not satisfactory and would probably be re-worked scene by scene if i was to work on this again. Several of the models used & accompanying animations were just placeholders until i got better models ported to Source (Prime's truck, the Hulk, etc.). / trevorpalva had voiced some lines for Optimus for me that i did not include here because it would be weird without lines for IronMan or SFX to go along with it. Ending sequence was planned to be approximately 15 more seconds of animation. if any other questions, leave a comment.
The fact there's a podcast of Ironman vs Optimus Prime in Super Power Beatdown just makes everyone realize how iconic these two are!!!

For rough unfinished animation, it's still pretty cool for the amount of detail put in. It's a shame it was scrapped, it could have been amazing.

nice animation! but there is something wrong in this video:
1) optimus would never throw citizen vehicoles
2) 99% of the time optimus is with his autobots so.......
3) min 2:12 after that, Tony CANT survive and let me explain why: in captain America civil War, when the 2 teams were fighing, rody gets accidentanly hitted by the laser of vision then he fell and when Tony went to rescue him, he opened his mask and rody was uncoscious, injured interiorly. so tecnicaly if optimus grabs iron man and stats smaking him to the ground tony dies for interior bleeding , while his armor "sorvives" (or if he s Lucky he will not movie for couple of months if not more.)
4: and heres why this battle would never happen: optimus will NEVER and i say NEVER fight in a place occipied by humans, if hes not forced TO.

I like the fight. But inconsistencies, one Optimus prime robot mode is war within but vehicle mode is a g1 style. Two since when in the hell does Optimus use an arm Cannon like Megatron. Three optimist could easily tell that iron Man with a human is a human being not to mention the rest of the avengers this fight would have never happened.
Valid comment. I explain in the description though that Prime’s truck was a temporary placeholder (unfinished project) As for the fusion cannon... I honestly don’t remember why I did that. I think I was just having fun with it.
