Hey boss, bought all the components off kit, the motherboard for the computer has changed. C14 is not located in the area from this video, I see posts where you reference but want to be sure before I damage something.
I’d appreciate a moment of your time.
Solder to the pins on the back of the on off switch. The 4 pins are connected horizontally by traces on the circuit board. Solder one wire to the top pair, other wire to bottom pair.
The one I bought is different also, it has 2 little bumps on top, and one on the bottom, guess one goes to the top, and one goes to the little bump on the bottom, mine doesn't have 3 yellow wires, only 2.
Good day! If i will add the line for soy bean hulls, should i change something in wiring of the bagger? Thank you
Thanks a lot Eric!
Why on 4:12 one bipp(pellets bottom valve tap) is opened and the other is not(water valve tap)?
@ 0:27 Looks like 16mm bore, 100mm stroke piston. Did it come with the mounting bracket or is it custom? The attachment fitting on the piston rod - is that also custom - all the pistons seem to only come with a threaded rod.
I am looking to build these two gate valves myself as the Valterra's are too expensive.
Its all home built custom, The final version is found on my unit that's now in production and available on my website.
You said on your kit.Com page
Valterra 6401P PVC Pneumatic Gate Valve, Gray & Black, 4" Slip, Metal Cylinder

You will need 2 of these for the dry substrate. Take them apart and remove the bottom O rings to prevent jamming.
"
What should be taken apart?
when you get it, you will see
@@MyersMushroomsFarms i already got it. You mean screw out parts and discard one of them?
@@veracossartvera1653 remove the o ring inside
@@MyersMushroomsFarms oh, ok, thank you!)
1. does the flow meter machine support recalibration if you want to change the flow sensor to a bigger one?
2. I've seen dust collector blast gate powered by a servo motor, do you think it could cut through the substrate density?
thanks
I ask because i think if you want to upgrade the solenoide valve you also need to change the flow sensor.
MUAD' DIB I've changed the flow meter size without a big deal. Just adjust the volume to what you want.
very cool.
But theres no instructions as to how to install the pressure switches and mounting the water meter. I dont want to screw this up and have to buy new parts. Dont like wasting money. And how will it work with a pneumatic piston? Does it work as it does with the knife valves?
