Homemade Wood Gas Burning Stove Like Solo Stove for Camping - Secondary Combustion Part-3

This time, I made a large size stove like solo stove ranger.
I made a solo stove, a solo camping stove, using two stainless steel food containers(BMP, Bain Marie Pots). Secondary combustion is possible, so there is almost no smoke.
    Ganjajang
    Main ingredients
Chinese noodles, raw noodles (middle noodles)
    Cooking oil or pork oil
Chunjang (black bean paste), soy sauce, sugar, chicken stock
    Pork (for stew, curry)
    Onions and other vegetables
    A little green onion
    Oyster sauce (optional)
In a well-heated pan, fry the chunjang in cooking oil and fry it. The oil was caught in the words 'as frying', but at least make sure to pour it so that it is soaked. For small amounts of cooking, tilt the pan to collect the oil so you can fry it with less oil. Chunjang doesn't release well, so while frying in oil, use a scoop and so on to loosen it well. Depending on the recipe, there is a way to heat the oil hot enough to fry it in a short time, but if you are not skilled, it is easy to burn. There is a lot of disagreement in the time of roasting, but some instructors and vocational school professors teach that it is not necessary to stir for a long time.
Roasting Chunjang is more difficult than you think, but if you try to fry Chunjang at home, you may want to omit it because it is a waste of oil and comes with all kinds of dishes. Even if you don't fry it, if you add enough seasoning, it tastes like that.
Make sesame oil in a separate pan. The oil has a good taste and taste when you use pork oil by heating the pig scaffold in a frying pan, but you can use ordinary cooking oil. When the oil is fragrant, add the pork and fry. When the meat is cooked to some extent, add vegetables such as onions, cabbage and zucchini, stir-fry them together, and add soy sauce. If you prefer spicy, you can also add Vietnamese peppers or Chengyang peppers with other ingredients. If you want to add oyster sauce, add a little at this point and fry it together.
Stir-fry Chunjang and sugar 1: 1 before roasting and fry once again. Again, mix well using a ladle. Originally, the ganjajang sauce is finished at this point, but in today's Chinese restaurants, a small amount of starch is added to make it slightly viscous. Less salty and greasy, and some are better grated than authentic recipes that only need to be grated with oil. If you add a lot of starch water, it will become an old dish, so add a little. Don't put it in to make a classic soy sauce.
After boiling the prepared noodles in boiling water, rinse them in cold water with a sieve and remove enough water.
Place egg fry or cucumber on the noodles according to your preference and complete with sauce.
    Thank you for watching.
Always be safe and have a fun camping.
    Stay safe.
Disclaimer: Using a stove in a confined space can be very dangerous. When using a stove, be sure to ventilate properly and be prepared for fire or other safety accidents. I am not responsible for any loss or injury caused by carelessness.

This variation of your vortex stove is terrific. Loved the addition of the ceramic cord both as insulation and spacing filler. In addition to your journal regarding the engineering development and design elements you need to add your recipes. The stir fry pork onion and pepper looked wonderful. I could almost smell the garlic and onion being browned in the olive oil. For a future variation, skip the fried egg by adding it to the noodle broth for egg drop soup. You are an amazing artist with metal and meals. Wishing you and your family safely and continued health during this pandemic. Peace brother.

Tämän keittimen rakenne on näille tyypillinen.
