Lots of good ideas here. Thanks
Love your review figure🙏,, I also collect a few action figure in my channel, and I still beginner...😅
Another cool idea for this Batman figure is swapping out the head for a comic one. I suggest using the jim Gordon masked as Batman head it fits perfectly and painting the dipper piece black gives it a really cool comic look to it
Figure looks great!
I recommend repainting the body with a more darker gray color. The color McFarlane used here has a blue ish hue to it which isn’t really movie accurate
Sweet video. Super comprehensive. I was wondering how this figure scales to marvel legends after the height mod
He’s still big for ML at 6-7/8” but could definitely be fudged in. He’s about the same size as the figures on the Sentry body. I’ll start adding some comparison shots at the end of my videos. I love those in others videos and can’t believe I forgot to do it in mine.
Check out the Fondjoy Batfleck figure.
Cool!
Al city Batman head/trunks and boom perfect Batman
Great video man, thank you. Subbed! Do you have any idea what figure i could used to steal the neck peg from? I bought a used black and silver recovery suit Superman on Ebay a few days ago hoping that his peg would do but he hasn't arrived yet. Do you happen to know if that figures neck peg is short enough?
@@gmon78 I don’t know exactly but my understanding is there a lot that have the shorter pegs. The one figure I’ve heard will swap and benefit both is Martian Manhunter as his neck is a little stubby and he’s an alien so his neck can be longer and it makes sense.
Awesome video. Quick question, what dark blue did you use for the dry brushing? I can tell its tamiya...
Tamiya Acrylics Sea Blue XF-17. It was the closest match I had in my stock.
@@SargesCustomTutorials Thats great, thank you! Cant wait for your next video.
How did you get the new cape on?
Same way I got the old one off. Just cut a similar sized hole in the new cape and stretched it over the warmed up/softened neck piece. Sorry I’m just realizing I didn’t include that bit of information.
@@SargesCustomTutorials Sorry, having a hard time visualizing the step here. I’ve seen other tutorials where they cut off the connecting part of the neck under the cowl to put the new holed cape. But they seem to have a difficult time reconnecting those parts, so the fig ends up either having an elongated/elevated cowl and head piece, or some pats of the bottom of the cowl floating above the fabric cape. Would love to see a follow up video to this. Thanks!
@@user-gs9zm2vi6d I will definitely do so. I was planning getting a second Batfleck the week anyway so I will make another video specifically for the cape. Again sorry I just glossed over that bit. Rookie mistake.
@@SargesCustomTutorials It's okay. I was fortunate enough to find a BVS Batfleck, so I've been meaning to customize it. Your video was a lot of help!
@@user-gs9zm2vi6d just posted another video for a BvS Batman with a demo for how I swapped the cape. Hope it helps!
DUDE that was an amazing awesome job in that batman I'm trying to find me another batman to do this
such a shame mcfarlane still couldn't get the proportions right. I thought something looked off at first glance and it looked so much better now w this fix.
