- Presenting the first story of the 40th Anniversary collection, adapted from an original story by SiFs Chris Sig, and featuring @tomsmodellingcorner as the storyteller.
Thomas struggles to recall the need to halt before reaching Hackenbeck, but thanks to Edward's guidance, the task becomes more manageable... until a problem arises.

One thing i need to lay down... i'm glad you all enjoy the videos though given this has only been out less than a week, it is not worthy or fitting for reaction videos as an attempt to boost ratings and subs to other channels.
So please, feedback here is appreciation enough, but don't reupload for the sake of reacting... thanks.
I have a story I wrote, and this one's based on three Annual stories that took place during Dirty Work and A Close Shave by Christopher Awdry but as a flashback event.
Series 1 is 40 years old!!??? Oh, my gracious!!!
I love your episodes, mate. Excellent work. Thank you.
It's always good to have a landmark help show you where to go. One time, even after one year, I would always remember to turn left left of the Dunkin' Donuts towards a specific vacation house in Maine. 😁
This definitely had the feel and aesthetic of a season 1. I love the narration provided by Tom's Modelling Corner and the subtle foreshadowing to Thomas Comes to Breakfast.
That sure was a good story. I was expecting Mrs Kyndley’s cottage to be the landmark to help Thomas remember but boy was I wrong 😅
Fantastic story, I love the way for the first story of the 40th anniversary for part of first series stories is an marvellous idea, it's so fantastic to have Thomas as main role about Hackenbeck Halt station, I love it, can't wait for more stories soon!
It's like watching Season 1 all over again. & That's something I rarely say. This was really well done.
Man I really love the season 1 style/aesthetic, especially for simple, cozy stories like this.
I was pleased at Thomas using landmarks to help him stop in time every time at the Halt. Even knew that the haybales were of great help, but that they might get moved at some point. It seemed that I had been proven right when they were. But at least he fixed that one afterward. Also, nice job on the Ringo voice.
Now this is a brilliant story. I love how it tells of Thomas's earlier days on his branch line. The Halt station looks like the one on Toby's old railway. Well done for making this 😀.
Hmm, looks like this places takes after James and the Express / A Proud Day for James and then comes before Thomas and the Guard / Conductor. I love this story.
Maybe between Thomas and the Breakdown Train and James & the coaches.
I love that Hackenbeck gets a spotlight. Very much needed. Thanks for giving it a well deserved shine season 1 couldn’t.
This would indeed have to be another lost episode of Season 1!
Great story. Can't wait for more. Also i already plan episodes for the 40th anniversary
Wow, Tom's Narrating reminds me of the classic days of Ringo Starr, I'd love to hear more from him.
I love these s1/s2 esc custom episodes
Very entertaining
Those shots at 0:31 and 4:30 are amazing!
Marvellous original story, and a perfect one too coinciding with true railway practice. Looking forward to seeing the next installments for this year's anniversary.
Amazing idea for the new story, they should have some more stories in between stories more often
Brilliant story! You're getting better and better at replicating the Season 1 look and mannerisms!
This is like watching the SpongeBob episode "Lost in Bikini Bottom".
Here i am thinking "damn the railroad too cheap to afford a sign?"
That's a nice story. I never imagined that you would use set of Lower Arlesburgh would be used as Hackenbeck Halt, but it was interesting none the less.
I love how you mimicked a lot of the camera angles from Season 1. Great job.
4th. As always, you did a fantastic job. Keep up the good work.
Oh, what I wouldn't give to narrate a fan-made Thomas video! What an honor it would be!
That was a great story, about how to know where to stop at the right time.
That was very good
Cracking work! A simple, yet sweet episode!😄
Really feels like a lost episode from S1!
A simple, sweet episode. Thank you.
Perfect video to celebrate 40 years of the TVS! I will say that you should use post processing settings for TRS19 and Reshade to make the colors look even better(Not to be rude)
Awesome!
Fantastic
Its funny, this year is the 100th year Thomas' Branchline. Or it was either 23 or 25. I think this could/could've been something to do wit that, or a coencidence, still a great story. 👍
Really enjoyed watching this. =) Keep up the amazing work, friend.^^
0:38 You know I've always wondered why the human figures were at the vehicle crossing
That sure is a Great Story, It was Like Watching Season 1 Again, Great Job.👍
What a wonderful adaptation. Also i have a question, when is the 40th Anniversary. I know its this year but what specific date ?
October 9th,
This Thomas and Friends narrator's voice on this video is by Ringo Starr
You sound like Ringo :)
Cool
Wait wouldn’t the tunnel before the station be a better landmark?
2:15 I thought this was real.
I wish there was a link to Annie and Clarabel's models
Awesome, feels like a lost season 1 episode. @livestream125
