My imperialis also died it needs a ton of warmth and humidity. It also grows like a beast and I don’t have the climate nor the space for this beauty! Loved watching your haul unpacking!!
I’m from Markham! Hi Hoya lover, I trade a fair amount so keep my contact info if you’re interested!
Happy to see almost all of them made it through. I think your care and the greenhouse are the key
The greenhouse has been a plus👌 thanks for watching 🌸
Thank you for sharing your exprience. Excellent video!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching 😀
Great unboxing and update. Thank you. 🌻
Thank you 🙏 have a great weekend 🌸
Belinda did a drop. Happy Canada Day love.
Had to try the import and it was so easy. I forgot to mention the prices are in USD. Happy Canada 🇨🇦 enjoy your long weekend.
First time seeing you doing a video like this as always I enjoy they are all beautiful good luck 👍
Thank you ☺️. Thanks for watching and have a great weekend 🌸
you bought all the pachycladas and Imperialis!! I don blame you, I would have done the same. the few times ive ordered hoya it was the same plants that didnt survive transport...imperialis, and archiboldiana are notorious for that
Pachycladas are one of my favourite Hoya plants.☺️ Thanks for watching 🤗
@@lifeofbellina Mine too! I have a thing for big leaved Hoyas. Have yet to own a variegated one yet.
excellent choices 😍😍😍😍👍
Thank you 🙏 🌸
Did you know orchids as well as all plants benefit from calcium in the form of oyster shells or egg shells. I add to all my plants indoor & out. Nice haul.
Yes, I need to add that to my routine. I’m currently using liquid fertilizer but after that’s done I’m moving back to slow release. If find slow release had all the nutrients the including calcium that the plants needs. Thanks for watching🌸
I appreciate you showing the plants you receive. However some of the roots look like it could have been better. I would suggest to leave them in a vase full of water for 24 hours to a couple of weeks to help with the shock. I seen one CZcamsr put equal parts of peroxide and water mix for 15 minutes and then clean water and or distilled water as noted in my previous sentence. Good luck.
Thanks for the suggestions. 🤗 I will keep that in mind the next time I order😊thanks for watching 🌸
Very nice unboxing, lots of beautiful hoyas for your collection! Thanks for sharing and good luck with them. Did you take any cutting as a back up from any of them?
They are cuttings though.
I’ve not taken any cuttings yet. I’ll try to take cuttings in 3 to 6 months. That would be a fun video series. Thanks for watching🌸
@@neikystephenson4401 yes but every node gives another opportunity to grow a plant. It's a back up plan, insurance if you will.
Wow amazing prices for the size
Thanks for watching 🇨🇦🌸🇨🇦
Nice haul. I'm personally not into hoya but I can appreciate them. Having said that, I do have 3 hoya but am not interested in acquiring more. I'm sure they will thrive under your care since you have other beautiful hoya! 😊
Please free to sell the three you got to me. You have to be inlove with them and love them.
@@neikystephenson4401 Thanks for the offer but these I will keep. I've had my krimson princess for some time & I just keep her trimmed short so she looks like a little bush. My hoya retusa is also small & I like the grassy look. My Nummularioides is also quite small so I'm happy to keep it. Again, thanks for the offer but I will just hang onto them. 😊
Thanks. You have the three that give’s you enough hoya Joy 🤣🤣
hehe that's what I said about Hoya too... Now I have many LOL
@@crochetqueen6440 🤣🤣
U should have let soak overnight n pots
Usually, I cut all root rotted before repotting. Hope, they will rehab easily.
I will try that on my next import 😉 thanks for watching 🌸🌸
That’s exactly what I do, those roots for definitely rooted. Looks like dry rot. 😢
Beautiful plants. I hope you took some cuttings (to root in water) from the ones that did not survived before they died?
Thanks for watching. I did not take any cuttings, but I will keep that in mind next time 😉. 🌸🌸🌸
@@lifeofbellina shoot!!!!!
Love your video happy planting. Questions what band of bark do you use for you plants? Thanks
I love using the Orchiata bark. I find the bark to be solid and does not crumble quickly. Thanks for watching 🙏
I don't speak english very well. Sorry. I want know the address in Tailand to buy such beatiful hoyas
The address is www.ahhoya.com 🌸
Your video has inspired me to order from AH Hoya! I have an import permit, not sure about the phyto cert…is that another document we are responsible for before placing an order?
Ah Hoya will take care of the phyto cert for you. It was an easy process, just follow the instructions on the website 👌🏽
@@lifeofbellina I appreciate your prompt feedback, thank you! Your collection is gorgeous by the way. I just love all of your plant tours. I binge watched them this morning.
@nicolekroeber9315 you’re welcome 🌸🌸
@@lifeofbellina forgot to ask…is shipping reasonable? It’s just me placing an order so I’m curious.
@@nicolekroeber9315 shipping was very expensive. It was about $250.
I lost count of the amount of hoyas you received. How long did it take for your hoyas to arrive from AH? What was the name of the courier service? They are some beautiful hoyas. Nice haul. Thanks for sharing❤
Ordered 22 plants, 3 days for shipping and the courier was Dragon courier👌 thanks for watching 🙏
Beautiful Hoya haul! Great prices for Hoyas. How much was shipping?
Thanks, shipping was about $200.
Hello lifeofbelllina.
I live in Ontario Canada. I never import before but I will like to do it.
Can you please give info about the cost of shipping.
Thanks so much
Hi, the shipping cost was about $200. Ah Hoya gives you a quote, so you will have the exact price before ordering. Plus I was not charge and duty. I completed the spreadsheet on their website with my selected plants and email it to them. They replied in about 24 hours with the total cost.
Thanks so much for answering
Good day I would like to know how to order hoyas just the cheap ones cuz I'm just starting hoyas..tnx.can u pls msg me..tnx again.
If you are in the GTA, vandameer, Crystal star or Kim’s nature is a good start. If not you can try ahhoya.com and import a few.
Did you choose the delivery company or did AH Hoya? How can you check to see if the company has an import license? Super curious. The plants were gorgeous!
They offered me the choice of two couriers, Dragon courier or Gardenerhaus. You can piggyback on the important license for both companies. I selected the courier that had the closes/next shipping date. I selected Gardenerhaus.
Hello, very interesting & informative. If ur not familiar with Arnaldo on his channel Articulture please check him out. His favorite species is hoyas & their magnificent. His videos r bright. vivid & beautiful like urs.U would truly appreciate his style & love of hoyas.
Awesome, thanks for sharing. I just watched a succulent tour video, so now I’ll BingeWatch the rest of his channel🤣🤣.
