When I was a little girl, my parents blasted this song so loud on the stereo, the glass windows would shake. I heard this album endlessly. I thought Michael Bolton was silly, and my parents loved him. They would cook dinner in the kitchen together, singing and drinking wine. My dad has been gone almost 5 years, and when I hear this song, it makes me feel a bittersweet joy. He loved my mom so much, and I bet he felt the same as the lyrics sung. in 2020 I dedicated this song to my wife, although she didn't understand the song, she went to Google Translate, and when she found out about the translation she loved it, unfortunately I lost my wife on December 5th, 2023, she felt bad on the 3rd and 4th and She suddenly passed away on the 5th, she left me with a beautiful 2 year old girl, I cry for her every day, she was my wife, friend and mother. I saw Michael Bolton in concert and it was one of the greatest concerts I have ever attended. He blow me away with his voice, and was so easy on the eyes. His opening act was a newcomer by the name of Celine Dion. I was shocked by how well she did because I didn’t know her. She had so much energy. It’s a concert I’ll never forget.
