Setting Up a Custom Affinity Method Using Scouting for the AKTA Avant Chromatography System.

In this video we're going to set up the affinity method we made with Unicorn Chromatography Software and run it on an AKTA Avant. This time I'm going to use cartoon models to describe how you set up the system. This method uses a Tricorn column and will purify 4 different antibodies in one go. The results of the setup experiment are at the end of this video.
