at the moment you can loose your stuff easily due to disconnects or crashes.
i lost my full gear 3 times one day. 8h of grind for no progress besides the xp for the vendors.
so if you dont have all day long time to play games it might be frustrating wasting your precious time =)

i heard inter faction greifing being an issue they need resolved and honestly if you grief your own faction and kill teammates you should get blacklisted and then a bounty put on your head where it shows your location to that faction members all the time until you pay up. like you want ultimate pvp.......you got it.
