Our Story:
We are five years into a seven year effort of transforming 20 acres of "Piney Grove" in Northwest Florida into our dream homestead/mini farm to be filled with animals and joy. Absolutely beautiful soil. I have planted my first food plots this year using green cover seed fall release plan on planting summer release for the warm season. Your progress is very inspiring. My property is near Andalusia Alabama and Absolutely loaded with deer. Hopefully I can improve their health for many hunting season to come.

Have you tried tilling brassica
You can't because they go too deep. Put them on top of the tilled land and then roll or drag over them.
How deep do you till the seed in
The depth of the tiller....2-3". The seeds are put on the mowed ground then run the tiller at normal depth. The seeds all end up in the seedbed behind the tiller, some are deeper than others, but we get a high germination rate.
