Went alacrity instead of haste here because alacrity ensures overall DPS with the auto attacks as opposed to haste with abilities against their composition. Especially since they locked in Camille / Hecarim / Jinx; champions who move exceptionally quickly whether through ghost or just their general kit. If their team comp were a lot more slower; champions that didn't move at the speed of mach 10, such as a more tankier topside, I might've went Legend: haste for the CDR. It's all up to personal preference though.
