I wish Ann Wilson would someday explain how she wrote those lyrics for Dreamboat Annie. The song is wonderful. She definitely had a spark of genius when she wrote it.
Ann wrote the song about herself. The same with the song Magazine a couple years later. She was shy and had some issues when she was younger. Being envious of the women in magazines who were supposed to be perfect. She looks great now.
Ann didn’t have a stroke of genius; she IS a genius!! The fact that she wrote not only this song, but the entire album, and all of Little Queen, Magazine, and Dog and Butterfly is amazing. And she’s still got it. She just released a new solo album and wrote the whole thing! Truly an amazing songwriter-the best.
I only like her Dreamboat Annie song. I think that song has stood the test of time. That is also just my taste. I know everyone is different as to their likes and dislikes, just like in food, but somethings are still considered staples.@@donaldcruse3402

Man is Regis ever annoying.Does he ever ,ever shutup ! He lost crucial interviewing time with two icons in the rock industry.And to make it worse he called Ann,Nancy.Poor host and not that funny !.Kathy is not much better.Thanks that the Wilson sisters are a class act.
The whole interview is a damn mess. He coughs on his hand then touches Nancy with it, then proceeds to cough hard at them without covering his mouth. Then he can't get their name right. Never could stand that loud mouth. On the other hand, Kathy Lee, who is a professional singer as well, must have wanted to knock that clown out of his chair. Kathy Lee used to be the singer on a game show called NAME THAT TUNE years ago.
