    When you understand that you’ve been chosen for this time, it will give you greater confidence. God could have chosen David to live now. He could have chosen Abraham, Sarah, Ruth. But when He strategized about who will be the right people for the year 2022, He asked, "Who can I trust in that difficult time? Who has the courage, the talent, the fortitude to carry out My will, to do awesome things?" He looked at you and said, “That’s who I can count on. That’s the right one for this hour.” He equipped you with what you need to succeed in this time. You may not have what Moses had, but you don’t need what he had. God planted you now because this is the right time for you to flourish, to blossom, to accomplish dreams, to overcome obstacles, to leave your mark.
    Thanks for reading this comment, I hope you are blessed and uplifted by it. We are a new and growing channel, your support and blessings is much appreciated. Thanks and God bless you. Amen

    Romans 3:25 KJVS
    Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
    When we are baptized into Jesus, death, Ro 6:3, Our past sins are forgiven and any sins that we would confess are forgiven. But the sin nature in us needs to be rended idle. Through suffering.
    1 Peter 4:1-2,12-13 KJVS
    Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin; [2] That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God. [12] Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: [13] But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.

    I wish someone could breakdown WHY a offering (sacrifice) is necessary.

      Hebrews 9:22
      And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.
      All is summed up in this scripture. The life is in blood, as blood has blood. Sin brings death. Opposite of death is life. The perfect 'life' to overcome death would obviously be in the 'perfect' blood. And that would be Jesus so that His blood being shed could result in the forgiveness of our sins.
      I hope this helps

      We have laws in society. The punishments for these laws are codified so that everyone knows- for instance, you will be punished for murder, rape, larceny, etc. Ignorance is no excuse under the law and also to God. God states that the "soul who sins shall die" (Ezekiel 18:20) and "the wages of sin is death" (Romans 6:23). It is our fault if we sin, and God pays humans back in death for our sins (which are many).
      God, who is perfect, will not compromise on his standards. However, God also loves us and wants to reconcile humans to Himself. God wants relationship with His children just as any good father. How can this reconciling occur without God breaking His standards of accountability for sin?
      The answer is in the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross. He took our sin and the punishment for sin - namely, death ( "the wages of sin is death"). We broke the law, and Jesus paid for the crime. He sacrificed or gave up Himself for our benefit (to sacrifice is to give up something for the benefit of something or someone else). Through Jesus, God can view us as having no sin and can be in relationship with us. Our responsibility is to recognize that we are sinners and have faith/trust in Jesus' work on the cross as the means cleanse us of sin and thus be in relationship with God the father.
      In short, a sacrifice is necessary because there was no other way to save us. We are all sinners (the more I walk with Christ, the greater sinnerI see myself as). We can't save ourselves. You just need to watch the news to see the evil things the humanity does.
