I can safely say, I am not as much of a people pleaser as before. I'm working on myself, going to the gym, my mental health and that has made me feel so much better in myself. 그러면서 아이들의 소중함도 깨닫게 되었고...
우울증 걸린 것이 오히려 저의 인생의 터닝 포인트가 되었답니다.
우을증 치료해 보려고 시작한 정리정돈, 청소를 하다보니 유투브 까지 하게 되서 여러분에게 이렇게 사랑 많이 받고 있어요~
마음을 많이 아파 보았기에 다른 분들에게 힐링이 되는 영상도 만들 수 있게 되었습니다.
아이보리님도 몇년 후면 "살아있기를 잘했구나..행복이 이런거지...."싶은 순간이 꼭 찾아옵니다....
