When the image of this cave and the magical gazebo was in the video game, Western people thought it was just a fantasy generated by the visual effects. When they knew it was REAL they were stunned.
พระที่นั่งคูหาสวรรค์ ถ้ำพระยานคร สามร้อยยอด
I came here Valentine's day in 2019 on my first trip to Thailand. We rode 11km by bicycle from our resort and then hiked around the peninsula instead of taking a boat. Little did I know that I had just ingested dirty water from a coconut smoothie at the marina before hiking. Needless to say it was a very difficult day that ended in the hospital, but I would do it all over again the same way. Would like to revisit again (without food poisoning) and proper camera equipment to photograph the pavilion again.
After finding this place on Google Maps and dragging my Thai girlfriend there, I will agree that it is the most stunning place in Thailand. The hike to the cave is super fun and the views inside are so incredible. I love the forest inside the cave.
The Phraya Nakhon Cave looks magical with the sunlight streaming in. Your video really makes me want to visit Thailand's national parks. Great job!
Omg absolutely stunning 😍 I need to go and spend sometime there . Thanks for sharing such an amazing part of Thailand 🇹🇭
This has been my 'little secret' for 20 years, like a second home. During all the lockdowns, my son and I went to SRY for 6 weeks, then 5 weeks and then another 6. All my earliest videos are in SRY - wonderful place. Great video but I hope it doesn't bring the 'masses'.
Nice to see places that have not been over run with foreign tourists. Back to what you do best!!!
Thanks Paddy. I shared this with Kathy and gained another moment of belief for her! ☺
When it's super early it's you and nature and no crowds sort of becomes personal you and nature having a moment together
The hike into the cave was hot and gruelling, but was well worth it. The scenes were spectacular. I slept well that night.
How long did it take? I'm going to Hua Hin in a couple weeks but im recovering from a knee injury. I'm capable to walk but just trying to gauge how tough it is.
@@finnmoloney1647 As mentioned in the video, you can take the boat to bypass the first part of the trek along the side of the mountain. The boat will bring you to the beach near the cave. It is quite gruelling and HOT. You will be sweating buckets. Take some water with you. My wife and I are both 52 and healthy. We hiked the whole way without the boat. It was about an hour in each direction.
I'm 30 years old and drive by 3 times a year and still don't know that there is such a beautiful place.
If you want to go on a trail, I recommend it. Phu Soi Dao National Park Located in Uttaradit Province The pinnacle of beauty
Thanks for giving my channel a shout Paddy. It’s a special place.
Hi Karl. I was promoting your channel in the comments on Paddy’s last video. 😊
Great inspiration and useful info! Next time I will hike back to, the boat was a bit expensive for a 2 min ride alone
Excellent video, mate. Thank you for the tip. Perhaps I will stop on my trip south next week.
We were there in December alone. A very special place .
Very nice Paddy, I was there in 2023 and had lunch after the cave, in the rest on the beach, with original thai food, and nice coconut, umm.. with rgds fm Denmark ;-)
What a beautiful country... you are so awesome for showing it to us... ❤❤ your a great travel guide..thanks
Really good one Paddy! Thanks for sharing.

Always looking forward to the next Awesome Adventure 🙂❤👍
Thanks for this video Patty. We visited this park two years ago to see lotus lake in bloom but we did not do the caves. I might go back and do them now that I know more about how hard the hike is and how long it takes.
Another Awesome Adventure Thank You Paddy Doyle the Scenery is so Beautiful 🙂❤👍Watching from NB Canada🙂Safe Travels 🙂
Beautiful video paddy! AND HOORAY JAPAN!!!!! one of my fave destinations - just go with no expectations. 🎉
I went there in April it was fantastic. You made the walk up the hill look easy Paddy, it was probably 40 odd degrees the day we did it…… I’ve never sweat so much in my life 😂
Beautiful drone shots & love the video Paddy❤ My husband & I do plan on heading over to that part of Thailand & cannot wait! Thanks for sharing this video 😊
Wonderful video Paddy, stunning area, would love to go there and explore.
Wow amazing video ! In Koh Chang now after watching your vids ! Hua Hin next week (been before). I think it was actually a good thing you got to see all the rangers do their thing too. Keep it up, nice work as always.❤🇹🇭🇹🇭
We discovered this beautiful place a few years ago, at the time there was not all this organization, it remains for me, one of the most beautiful memories of serenity, alone in this cave 🙏.
Thank you for this re-discovery.🥰
Thanks Paddy. Amazing VDO ❤
I really enjoy watching your videos Paddy I’ve watched the island series back most nights and also I like the new format,,,,,peace and happiness on your adventures ❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊
This video so good. Welcome to Thailand 🎉🎉❤❤❤❤
Absolutely gorgeous. Highly satisfying m
Great area. Did the hikes in 2020 and enjoyed it very much. Had been back to the area several times. It is still a mainly Thai holiday area which is good. You did not climb up to the Khao Daeng view point, just a little further south. Also a great climb if you wear good shoes.
Cant help but believe there must be a Creator greater than man. Awesome. Thank you Paddy!
Amazing! Thanks Paddy
Wonderful video Paddy. As was Cha Am and Wildlife Elephant Park. Visited all last year with friends who have two young children and was certainly a highlight of our trip. We took the boat both ways. The monkeys in the wild are lovely to watch. Cheers.
Wonderful information,,, one day il b back in Thailand
Thank you. Nice video. I’m trying to figure out if I want to go to Thailand or Japan in November. I’m still not sure. These videos help. Have a good day. Thanks
Your comment:
Come on Paddy, it's so not you and shouldn't be you to view a Thai cultural celebration or otherwise as an inconvenience. These traditions and milestones are vital aspects of heritage and identity and Rama 5 is a really respected king for good reason. You know as much as anyone thats it's important to embrace and respect local culture, rather than seeing it as an obstacle to your personal enjoyment. The pavilion in the cave wouldn't be there in the first place if it weren't for this reverence. Let's appreciate and learn from the rich traditions that make every place unique, even more so in the context of the place you currently call home.
Good video mate.. me and my son are in Koh Samui at the minute and planning driving up to Huahin at the end of the week..So going to visit this place 👍
Magnificent Paddy, will be there in 4 weeks, via Bangkok then train to Hua Hin with 2 day stopover for SRY on way to Koh Samui, you were my first Thailand travel show I subscribed to and always watch shows several times, plus using your Southern Thailand travel guide. scoping places for my retirement in 5 years when I can also visit every province, cheers from OZ

Lucky to have been there. Hike was pretty exhausting but it was very worth it. Stunning cave!

went there almost 7 years ago. hired a bike from hua hin..nice trek and that cave is surreal with the light coming from the top.
that temple so surreal!
Beautiful
Nice video fellow youtube vlogger.
Greetings from Kuala Lumpur 🙂
Great video Paddy!
We are two travelers just starting out our CZcams journey 🎉 the next video we prepared is about this temple which we visited 3 weeks ago! We were totally alone there! What a place. Are you currently also traveling down south of Thailand? Greetings from us❤
Nice video❤
If this video was filmed at the end of June, that would explain the wreath. The national park was established on the 29th of June, 1966.
The Thai writing on the wreath is the name of the park.
Brilliant Paddy !
Super soundtrack again ❤
I love this beach, don't miss kayaking around small islands near the beach.
This song could be the new "song of the channel" 😊
Paddy, your productions are getting so good that your channel is going to get picked up by a major network. The photography, the music and your commentary are rivaling Bourdain.
I went at noon in Aug 2023, it was 39° and felt like 42° but it was fine for us Aussies. Opted for both boat rides at that time of day. The rain on the tuktuk ride home felt amazing though
ถ่ายภาพได้สวยมาก❤❤❤
They open at 8am as staff of the DNP or RTF are public servants who start at 8am ......they close at 3pm so they can round up the stragglers before clocking off at 4pm.....
Love this place ❤
on 20 June 24 was 135th anniversary of Kuhakaruhat Mansion and remind to King Chulalongkorn (Rama 5th) love your Video ❤❤❤

Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park is one of the three wetlands in the world that are important to the world. And now this is one of the most beautiful places to watch the sunset in the country. 😊🫰❤️🌏🌎🌍
At 17:55, I noticed the female officer in high heals on this walking tour. I think Thailand should accept proper walking shoes as an option for women on their feet all day and hiking up into the hills. I admire her obedience to 'proper dress codes,' and dedication to duty.
Thanks!
Hi Paddy, we did this hike a couple of years ago. After stage one, we were attacked by lots of mosquitos so we had to literally sprint to the store to get some repellent. We found the hike up pretty tough but felt well rewarded by the experience of the caves and pavilion. Later we took the boat back to where we began the hike. No way the king walked up there, he must have gone by helicopter or something. Anyway, a special place.
I love to go to Thailand cave temples. There are many sacred cave temples. And very Beautiful. In the past, many holy monks attained enlightenment in those temples. Some of those temples are still not allowed to take pictures or vdo.
My favorite beach. A decent amount of tourists here but not too bad.
Saw this recently but worth another view through somebody else’s experience. I also saw a clip from The Sphere in Las Vegas and this cave was featured. To see it on the Sphere’s visuals was something else.
Lovely beach.
@@PaddyDoyle. saw the Sphere clip I think the day after I saw the CZcams clip. Recognised it straight off. Had the sun beaming down in the cave and looked amazing. The graphics…..wow!!!
We've been there twice in December (combined it with a stay at WFFT). It's a magical place and the walk is not bad at all, just the heat can be a bit much.
It’s feel like shrine😊
Video and sound so nice. And this video is so nice . thanks for your sharing. Did you ever visit , Cambodia?
thanks, yeah I have videos from Cambodia on my channel (some of my favourite)
สวัสดีมีความสุขนะครับ🎉🎉❤
Brilliant video of a beautiful looking area of Thailand, when you say I'll leave a description below, how do I find that, I'm a 68 year old man so not the most tech savvy
My home, I live just off that beach, it is a beautiful area. Wish I had bumped into you whilst you were there. Its a small world maybe next time.
ขอบคุณครับที่นำเสนอแหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่สำคัญที่หนึ่งของไทยผมเองก็ยังไม่เคยไปเลยครับ
