(about 20-25 pairs)
egg white 160g
sugar 150g
almond flour 190g
powdered sugar 170g
- royal icing -
powdered sugar : egg white (5:1 or 6:1)
a little vanilla extract or lemon juice

1. What is oven shower..??
- The oven-shower is to wait 2-3 minutes without removing the tray in the oven after baking. (with open the oven door)
2. How to dry in the oven..?? (high temp.)
- 1st preheating - turn off - put the tray in to the oven (at this time the temperature drops to 90-100℃) - 2nd preheating - start to dry, until the temperature reaches 120℃ again (with open the oven door) - close the door and bake - oven shower
Look at the subtitles in the videos, there is detailed temperature.
3. What is the baking mat's name..??
- This called a teflon sheet.
4. How long do you whisk meringue or do macaronage with mixer..??
- It's not important how long I did.
Because we have different machines and environment..!
You should check the cocsistency of meringue or mixture frequently.
5. What kind of colors do you use?
- Chefmaster liquid colors
You can get it on 'Amazon.com'

8. What ia your oven and type..?
- My ovens are UNOX 135 and convection type.
9. Where can I get the templetes..?
- I made all templetes myself and I am not
sharing now.. Sorry..! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
10. Do you left or bake immediately..?
- As I already explained, I do not leave it because I am drying in the oven at high temperatures for 2-3min.
It is a very useful and convenient tip to reduce the time required.
Also you can get shiny and smooth shells.
11. What kind of egg whites do you use?
It deosn't matter what you use.
You can use aged eggs and fresh eggs.

For my future reference:
Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, cream butter until soft and smooth. Add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla and mix until light and fluffy.
½ cup unsalted butter
1½ cup + 4 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoon milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

I dont know what recipe you posted before the edit but for macarons you're supposed to make a less sweet filling because macarons are already really sweet as is. So if the other person said you didnt have enough sugar in the first place you were probably on the right track.
Again if you're planning on using this for cake it's a good recipe since frosting on cake should be sweet but if you're planning on using this for macarons the recipe above might be too sweet.

Did you oven dry like she did? How exactly did you do it? I"m having trouble with that step. Do you use convection setting? Does the 2 min start once you partly close the oven door or do you let it get back up to 120C and then close the door and start baking at your normal temp? Sorry for the 20 questions.

I'm so happy that I found your channel. You make making macs so easy looking. I'm 68 years old and I do not like using my arm for the macronage process. Thank you for showing me how to do this in the mixer. Now, I tried making them today. Unfortunately, my macs came out lumpy/bumpy. Can you tell me why this would happen? Maybe try using a food processor and sifting the dry ingredients?

When you're preheating, it's convection bake right? And do you use convection when you bake at 145C?
She uses convection/fan the entire process. But as with any type of baking, ovens vary so it might take you a few times to figure out exactly what temperature and for how long to bake.
So it's a little less expensive to practice, reduce her recipe down to only using one or two egg whites and adjust all the other ingredients to the egg white weight based on percentages.
A food scale measured in grams is your friend. Plus, sift!!!! No shortcuts and don't rush the process.
