Hey , This is a mod that only applies to the PC. It is also only intended for FIFA22. You have to enter FIFA22 National Team Patch in the browser and then select a page. For Pro Evolution Soccer, I used PES Kit Creator to create the jersey and flags and dragged the flags onto a USB stick and then imported them into PES2020. You should be able to do that too.
