Can you make a video on how to re attach the piece that moves the moth inside the head, I got a rare variant dancing santa today and the piece at the bottom of the head that holds the clip completely shattered somehow... I don’t know how to fix it so if any of you know please let me know! Thanks

I have the 5 foot dancing singing Santa I purchased in November 2002. I took him out this year and he isn't working quite right. His lips move and he sings - he dosen't move and he doesn't dance. I tried to fix him and I was able to replace the belt under the shoulders. I saw another belt under the head and above the shoulders. I tried to change, but very awkward to get to and still not sure if that is the problem. He has a black hard body under his shirt. Can you help me?
Well for the head, when you take the head off there's screws that you can take out to get to the mechanism, and for the body, if it's still not moving after the belt was replaced. Then there's a split gear, and you'll have to get replacements off eBay. Takes 10 tooth I believe, and you will have to open the plastic body frame up and then open the gearbox
Thanks for that information. Can you tell me what the lower belt does and what the upper belt does? I'm thinking the lower belt may be for dancing and the upper belt for head. And if one belt isn't working does it effect the other belt. Still working on this one and I appreciate all the help I can get. It's complicated.
So my Santa Claus is not working at all but I think it has something to do with where the cord plugs in? Please help

I put the wrong power adapter on mine and it blew, is the power/mother board fixable?
