Bro. Nice videos with clear explanation. I recently installed key largo 970 latest version. Downloaded youtube from playstore. While playing any video on youtube, only the audio comes properly, but there is no video. In the video box, green display is there. Pls advise.

Do not buy this as this doesn't have inbuilt Android Auto or Apple car play. Take the stereo from Pioneer or sony that supports them.

No it doesn't. You can only do screen mirorring from IOS devices.

Hey... Glad you like them. I bought this from a local store in Navi Mumbai. 29K is too high for it. Would suggest to go to a bigger market. There's no point in spending more than 22k for this device. Online you can purchase only from Blaupunkt.in as buying anywhere else online would not get you warranty. Retailers have good discounts generally, so local stores are the best. Hope this helps.

Hi... Try this. Connect Key Largo with hotspot from Iphone 11 and once connected go to the control center of your phone to tap "AirPlay". You should get Key largo in the options. Hope this helps.

Hey... Yes, I find it the same as I experienced with the Stock. In fact there's a loud mode, which can enhance the feel if particularly want more bass.

Hey sure man.
Go for Blaunpunkt - If you want to save money, want better screen resolution, android apps access, want to use navigation without having to connect the phone to stereo via cable.. but can adjust with slow navigation, slow boot up.
Go for sony if you want better sound, brand, stable and fast navigation by connecting phone to stereo by Android Auto or Apple carplay and can adjust with low resolution screen, no inbuilt maps, higher cost.
To keep it simple, if you need stable and reliable navigation irrespective of cost, go with android auto stereo, if not Blaunpunkt. Hope this helps.

When the phone is getting into an auto lock mode the stereo was still playing and I didn't have any issue.

Hey I checked and you were right, the premium content doesn't play. Mostly I think it has to do with the Playstore versions. Netflix isn't available too. If it's important you can check with hotstar support once.

No, you cannot as the screen mirrors on the Big screen. If you exit navigation on phone, it will exit on headunit too.
Hey man thanks for this video. Any idea if i can access the usb ports to install apk files? I have it on my nexon xma and i thought the dealer mentioned it comes with android auto.. but it doesnt.. i am thinking of installing the apks but system is already fit.. not sure how to access the usb ports
Hey.. Glad you liked it. The USB ports are from behind and generally one of the USB comes with extension cable that they leave in glove box like I did. If it's not visible, ask the one who fitted it to get it out. And yes you can install apk files by using any file manager, but it's better you download apks directly on browser using Hotspot from mobile. You cannot install Android Auto, so do keep that in mind.

Also I meant installing the android auto apk or an app that called AutoMate Car Dashboard. Do check it out. Its a fantastic app that will change ur HUs UI to be similar to android auto.
@@amolgaikwad2490 Yea that usb you can use for files, media and mirroring. Android auto apk only doesn't work. Yee, i use automate but din like it that much frankly. I hardly use inbuilt maps anymore due to the long loading times.

@@amolgaikwad2490 Ha ha sure.... I tried all clearing, even resetting the Device. It's not the device's fault as the processor and ram available will only lead to that speed. We are super used to navigation on our 6/8gb ram, so we lack patience. 😂
How is the stereo after using it for about 1 year, are there any lags in the system or hang issues ?
Hey... Till the time you don't use the Android Apps, it's smooth and no lags. But Maps and other Android apps load slow and even the network speeds are low but not many hang issues.

Hi... Go to factory settings and check if the system is in closed mode or Open. If keeping it in open also has same issue, contact Blaupunkt customer care and ask for gapps

Hi... I would suggest to go with a Sony or Pioneer Android Auto stereo for better stability and quick bootup. But if large and better display at low cost is your requirement, then Blaupunkt is the only option. It costs around 20k.

Google maps are very slow. How to improve it. Is it worth installing map my india sd card, as this system is navi ready.
Hey the GPS inbuilt is not that great, so I don't think navimaps on SD card will help so much. If live traffic is not that important to you, try Waze, it works better than Gmaps. Hope this helps.

If am not wrong that's an Android Auto Car Stereo. Change the cable and try, most of the time it's the cable that's faulty.

No new update... Using it with the HUR Android Auto only from the time I posted the video. Planning to upgrade to new Keylargo soon as the touch screen is damaged as of now.
@@IAmGizmogeek ok. Take my screen if you want or will suggest to save some bucks and go with some other player. New Keylargo's are costly and not worth it, from what I checked in videos.
@@gurjotsingh8093 In known brands Blaupunkt is the only one that gives decent price to performance value. Sony and Pioneer ones are way too costly. The latest Key largos have Android Auto and Apple Car Play native support, hence was planning to. Don't wanna go for Chinese ones that are not reliable. You are replacing yours?

I can say that the output and signal is also clean.
whenever I play music through Bluetooth music automatically pauses in the start only.
time need to be changed to 12hr from 24 every time i start.
It is because the stereo needs to be in BT Audio mode for the music to work. When you turn ON, the screen must be BT Audio, only then it will play. It's a stupid software of the stereo. Turn off stereo with BT Audio screen, so it will turn on with same screen.

Do note that the screen won't be as clear as it would be with the Native maps on Stereo, it will be slightly lower resolution as the mirroring through Phone link has resolution fixed to 800x600 as much as I know. If it's too blurry to even see like pixelated, then it's a different thing... Which one is it?

Hi .. no one can uninstall it. If you have formatted or did factory reset it might have happened. Did you go into factory settings and enable open system like I showed in the video?

Hey bro... If your budget is 30k, you can look for either Android Auto stereos from Pioneer or Sony for best sound... Or else spend less and go for chinese ones like Hypersonic that perform the same as Blaupunkt under 12k. Android stereos are not reliable for navigation, they are super slow to dependent on totally. My point of view to go for these is " if phonelink/android auto doesn't work, I will have the system navigation as backup for sure evn if it's slow". If you are getting 3/4gb ram models in your area from Hypersonic or so, then you can go for them too with some DAC for better sound....
9" models obviously would have a better fitment and all of them fit well as they use a frame around. I a do not have that much knowledge about the coaxial, sorry.

Hey... Blaupunkt has removed the startup Logo feature in the latest firmware upgrade. So majority of the users who purchased in this year won't be having this feature, I don't have that too. Hope this clears your doubt.

Bro, My Key Largo is restarting, It starts, holds on for 4 sec on Home Screen and again restarts, it seems to be stuck in a loop.

I don't know how to help in this situation bro as there are no buttons too for hardbooting in recovery. Better to contact Blaupunkt Customer Care and request a solution.

Hi... It's not like carplay... You need to connect Iphone to the Stereo just like I did for android and you have to select Air Screen option to mirror the Screen.

Nope... It doesn't support Apple Car Play nor native Android Auto.
Hey, when I use phone link to connect my maps to keylargo, I am not able to play any music. How to fix that? The only option it's showing is to play music that is stored on my phone?
You can play music from any app on your phone like Spotify, Amazon music etc. You will not be able to play anything from stereo directly as the Phone Link app is in foreground.

@@amaran2471 I think they confuse more than they help 😉... Already even with reverse camera I tend to check mirrors, because it feels more safer to check the surrounding in real than in digital. Just my personal view though.
@@IAmGizmogeekyou are right... purpose of reverse camera or 360 degree camera is to find blind spot... however, that also will not do the job....

@@prakashkumar-kc3ve I meant the maps loading time will be large compared to Android auto. That's why. Santa rosa will be better as it has higher ram but it's very costly for what it offers. You can go with Blaupunkt Key largo only and use it like am using with HUR app for maps.

Yes, the same process works on Iphone too. Once connection is established, start mirroring through airplay feature on the phone.

Key Largo comes with 2 usb ports and whereever you got it installed should have provided you an extension cable to connect the usb. That would be the same port where you will connect pendrive too.

Hello... You cannot set the logo anymore as Blaupunkt has removed that option in the last firmware update.

You cannot as carplay is not supported. You can only screen mirror the phone using phone link app for iphone.

I have shown another method. Check that.
Its highly inconvenient &stupid to keep mobile screen unlocked or on all the time..and that too we have to keep rotating mobile in landscape & portrait ..insane & crazy option to spend 30k for jst getting a larger laggy display.. better to hang mobile or tablet using magnet..😅

How to connect iOS device with phone link
Hey the initial procedure is same as android I shared. But at the end you have to select the airplay feature and connect to Keylargo. It's basically the screen mirroring feature you have in the action menu. Hope this helps.

Hey you can follow the same procedure and once all connections are done, go to airplay on iphone and connect to Key Largo. That should do the trick.
