I am in a cont bullying of greedy careless and narcissist that invaded my environmemtal situation I can't leave yet , neither any I did made it end in some mutual understanding and it harmed me severe as well as my mama is unhealthy. I've had to move 1000 miles away to get away from everyone and everything connected to what WAS my life. It all happened at once and I'm floundering around trying to figure out how to survive all of this. The enormous guilt of not being able to save my husband despite the fact that I can't cure cancer...but his Healthcare providers denied the seriousness of his condition. I was a nurse...I KNEW what we were looking at yet they insisted I was over reacting. It did not have to end this way. Now I am alone, losing everything (all resources used for his care), family and friends disappeared when there was no more I could do for them. Every minute caring for my husband. I am struggling to get past all this guilt and pain..was there SOMETHING more I could have done? Now at 61 I must begin to find a life from ground zero. Is that even possible? They moment I fix one problem..10 more show up. I'm gutted and feeling buried alive and fighting to get out. I physically can't run any further than I have, mentally in the dark. Pile 1, I opened you tube tonight to see if there were a reading that could show me the way out, and the very first video in my feed was this reading. I just got a message earlier today that knocked the ground beneath my feet, and all my plans regarding the opportunity I grabbed nearly a year ago that would enable me to provide better for my children just fell apart. So I've been in this bubble today, because there's nothing I can do that would change the facts. Pile 1 🙏🏼 I remember few years back before Covid I saw sky full of crows and it was a sign of transformation , when a different phase of my life started.
I picked pile # 1 and when the first card came out stating it is not my fault, I started crying my eyes out. Hearing that lifted such a heavy burden. When you mentioned that it is family related, you were spot on as my heartache is a result of my son. As a result, my relationship has been fractured with my son, he is leaving our home and has not spoken to me for days. All was well last week and now I am facing a tower moment to work through. It is a dark night of the soul and when you said that there is a bigger picture at work, I understand it because there are energies outside of the family that is causing this to unfold. I am processing this pain and knowing that I should not feel guilty even though someone is saying it is my fault, that deep down it really is not. Pile 2. Unfortunately over eating has been one of my mental health coping mechanisms for most of my adult life. The last few years I have been on a journey towards bariatric surgery and am now in almost touching distance which is wonderful as it will drastically improve my health and completely liberate me. If I may offer a form of “spiritual gear” I find placing a glowing star in my third eye and breathing the energy down out into earth helps!! Then it blocks the thoughts and vision s and just moves the energies. Another thing I do is listen to affirmations to reprogram my thoughts xx

One day, I realized that I simply did not experience the physical symptoms of worry, including anxiety, heart pounding or shortness of breath, or other stress like symptom ehereby I will lose my center at various degrees. I find that during worrysome situations, my mind started getting clearer than usual; my breathing slowed down more than usual; and I did not experience mental or physical stress as before. I could still think through the situation and trust my mind. I worked with -Affirmation -Meditation -Breathing work -Calling archangel - listening to Jenny's reading and one other tarot reader as exceptional as Jenny. - yoga - Qigong - And generally breathing through episodes. Then, calmness became a lifestyle. Today, while facing choking things, I may skip a bit for a second or two. The next minute, I will be thoroughly concentrated on a solution or on other things altogether. I no longer miss a good night of sleep. With or without an anti- anxiety medication. I sleep OK, whatever happens. ... Spirituality is practice. And practice make perf And let call the archangels on alleviating the broad and deeper stress within us and not just what we are worried about now. Over time, I have felt blessed with the capacity to understand mission critical but not lose it so that my sngeks gave me a chance to be a participant in my own effect of relief. 1. I Do ask everyday for help to extract me from this treacly quicksand and what ever I do and approach I take every time I rebalance I get knocked back into exhaustion/fear/anger etc its 'as if 🧐' my energy is being deliberately harvested... yesterday I had to jump into the river Bourne to find and rescue my pug from drowning and it was a few moments to that point 😢 he was surrounded by nettles and reeds wet head just above water and the only few quiet splashes he made were to help me locate when I called .. wise old man Banté indeed! We are both OK but shocked and exhausted by yet another trauma and totally totally exhausted by it and the heat in a stuffy cheap hotel room. So many beautiful signs and synchronisities from Spirit one day, moment and then even keel, the next... barely able to wobble to ablutions today!v yes homeopathic arnica and aloevera and calandula water. salt etc have and then some! What to do?! .. cry and also chuckle that I had put Leon Bridges song down to the RIVER to pray on a few minutes before jumping in to save Banté 😅🤕❣️ And Thank Beloved Divine Source we are still alive and together aiming towards Liberty and Freedom.. the, or another alternative is to cut off the energy source from the 'harvesters'🤔🤪🫣.
