🇮🇹 Ecco un po’ di video del live set dei Tinlicker ai Magazzini Generali di Milano, il 5 marzo 2024. Il set di Milano faceva parte di un più ampio tour europeo per promuovere il loro ultimo album “Cold Enough For Snow”, uscito per PIAS.
Questo live set contiene praticamente tutte le canzoni dell’ultimo album, più altre fra le più famose del duo, fra cui “Be Here And Now”, “Sleepwalker”, “Because You Move Me” e i loro remix di “Children” e “Hide U”.
Il live set è stato accompagnato da un incredibile spettacolo visivo e di luci creato da Michiel Knopp e Willem van der Maarel e fortunatamente siamo riusciti a riprenderlo praticamente tutto, ci scusiamo per qualche buco nel video.
Dopo lo spettacolo Jordi e Micha sono venuti a salutare il pubblico, noi ne abbiamo approfittato per fare qualche foto insieme!

🇬🇧🇺🇸 Here are some videos of Tinlicker’s live set at Magazzini Generali, Milan, on March 5 2024. Milan’s stop was part of a larger European tour to promote Tinlicker’s latest album “Cold Enough For Snow”, released on PIAS.
This live set contains almost all of the songs from their latest album, and some more from Tinlicker's vast catalog, including “Be Here And Now”, “Sleepwalker”, “Because You Move Me” and their remixes of “Children” and “Hide U”.
The live set was played alongside an incredible visual and lighting show made by Tinlicker’s collaborators Michiel Knopp and Willem van der Maarel.
We had no idea we would end up filming the whole show, but we enjoyed it anyway of course. Now that the tour is over and the first official videos are starting to appear, we thought it was the right time to post it.
After the show Jordi and Micha joined the audience to take some photos and chat with us!

Well, I don't know if Jordi and Micha will ever read these few lines but... what can I say...
What a night that was. Not just for the show, for everything, for meeting new friends, for jumping together, for talking to you after the show, for getting the vinyl signed, for listening to every song again on the car ride back to home.
Talking about the show itself, once again, I'm lost for words. Everything was perfect from start to finish and it keeps to grow on me more and more every time I listen to the set again. That version of Be Here And Now was an incredible way to start the show (plus that song is my favorite from your album In Another Lifetime, so that was special). Who I'm Not then blends perfectly with the melody of Need To Feel Loved, and then it's banger after banger.
Once again I have to thank Willem and Michiel because all the visuals and lighting were amazing. You know there's a lot of work that goes into this show. Those moving stars during Children made me lose my mind; the same happened with the rotating planet during Blowfish (and at many other times).
The last three songs were also incredible, starting with Julia Church's amazing voice. At that point I knew the show would end soon, and I knew you were going to play your remix of Hide U, which was perfect to close. But the pinnacle for me was Bird Feeder. What a beautiful and aggressive version you played! There were lights everywhere and the song just kept hitting harder and harder.
It was also nice to meet afterwards, a few minutes before you were completely focused on the music, the next moment you were chatting with us as if we had known each other our whole lives.
So... this video is a tribute to that extraordinary night. Looking forward to the next one!
