- As requested here is another "1 hour special" of a normal day in the shop. In this episode Vanessa O. decides to woman up and take matters in her own hands when it comes to vehicle service. Things here have been so busy as the good weather is rolling in I have neglected to do her service and winter tire swap out. Her and Trinity decide enough is enough, no more waiting and use girl power to get the job done :)

I L-O-V-E A/C Pro.... you arent a sellout for promoting it. It is basically the best product ever. A/C shops are going out of business left and right because of it.... R134 is less harmful when released than R12 but obviously the EPA is strict on its handling because it is harmful.... A/C Pro supports the idea of "just top it off", not fix it. Failure.

The oil change was tear jerkin funny. Then Mrs. changes tires and it got serious. Most guys dont do that. The family is rich, and that has nothing to do with money.

I'm pretty sure I ran across an episode that had Doctor O making lunch when I was binge-watching a bunch of back episodes a few months ago. Might have been in the few "outdoor family in the park/camping" themed.

I used to work at a county garage that took care of county police cars and school buses. When I first learnt how to use the tire machine it was hard but after using it all day to change tires on police cars I got pretty good at Changing tires and balancing them. I got so I could do all 4 mount and balance and put back on and change the oil all in 50mins or less. But when I first started it took me a hour just to change the tires. After a year of doing hundreds of police cars every 3000 miles I got pretty good at it. But it's amazing to see Mrs. O doing it with little to no instructions. That's years of being around the garage watching you do what you do. Great learning video.

Ok first off, how did you get so lucky Eric? She's beautiful, smart and can change a tire...the perfect woman! Yet mine looked at me sideways when I told her the heads from her SUV needed to come off to a rebuild...yeah your one lucky man my interweb friend.
As a professional licensed Red Seal Interprovincial mechanic up here in Canada seeing women in the trades is a rarity, that said I've seen one in a shop not far from mine who is excelling at wrenching on vehicles. This is what we need folks, women in the trades. I'm certainly one to encourage and it's great to see Eric take the time to teach his wife how to do things and keep encouraging her, keep up the good work SMA and I hope by now that tire machine has been replaced!

Yeah, I got da biggest giggle outta dat humorous verbal exchange, as well --- he instantly assumes his "alarmed parent" voice upon hearing dat Wifey was about to use a potentially-destructive tool on their precious vulnerable vehicle; he and Vanessa would of course have adopted (and become accustomed to) an "always being on hair-trigger alert for safety/damage-issues" mindset after they started having children. :D
Mrs. O. is definitely a keeper. A gal who can change her own tires, one in million.

Vanessa is amazing, changes 3 filters, under hood, interior, oil. Completely removes old tires from the wheels, puts new ones on, balances all four. Changes the oil. Still has time to make Mr. O some lunch plus runs the office part of the business. Has a great a great attitude and is one very attractive lady. You're a lucky man Mr. O.
That woman throws tires around better then some men at walmart. Trinity has those band-aid's, like a true mechanic.

One thing I can say I did it for many years I'm not 50 years old and I did it since I was 14 until I was 25 which don't seem like a long time but now I have epilepsy from a car accident over a damn cigarette and I don't even smoke I just seen that a man was going to hit the side of my car grab my friend pulled him toward me his body weight in my body weight together 2 years later I had epilepsy keep doing a good job like I say all the time that I reply or any time that I reply he always do excellent work as I see that is and you do have one beautiful wife that's a 100% fact as well as your work you keep on working I will keep on watching Keith or Kenny as some people coming
Tell her she needs to get all greasy teacher her how to weld as well as use a tool proper like she should know and by the one girl that you do have working with you here and there I assume that it really is your daughter and you just do not say whether she is or not most of these stuff she does is pretty damn good Keith or Kenny is real name whatever somebody calls me that day keep working hard make her get greasy and change them brake pads teach her how to do something that she should never have to do.

This is probably one of the best youtube videos I've ever watched. Your wife is the only woman I've ever seen change and ballance tires. My parents owned and operated a service station for just over 25 years. My mother absolutely refused to try working on cars. Her tallent was aggrivating the guys out in the bays....my dad and I. If she needed work done on her car and dad didn't get to it quick enough, she'd park outside the garage and as soon as the hoist bay emptied she'd drive in over the hoist and tell us she wasn't leaving until the work was done. She always did it with a smile on her face and we always took the time to do what needed doing. Best years of my life. Anyone can see that special spark between the 2 of you. Your little one is pretty neat too. With parents like she has she should grow up to be an independaet and very intelligent woman. The three of you define what a youtube family channel should be. I hope you and Vanessa have a long and happy life together. Always be kind to each other and keep laughing. Again, another awesome video and I also just subscribed. I forgot too. LOL
