This isn’t even close.. Hikaru is on a whole other level. His Rythm is insane, he intuitively knows how and what to move without thinking.. he’s reaching a level of intuitive chess play that is truly impressive.
I think there’s another level for him in classical if he can tune into the ‘brilliant’ move computations

My most favourite GM also plays brilliant chess. Vishy won, Ding won, I believe Hikaru also has the full potential to win world classical chess competition too. Isn't there a winning tactic in this position 4:17? After Qe7 you play Rg6+ and the queen falls. If black tries to guard the queen by playing Kf8 you have Rg8+!! and the king must capture so the queen is dead.

Opponent had like half a second so it doesnt matter, he played it just to reset his premove and win on time

if king f8 then rook to g8, only legal move for black is to take the rook.

Gimmick tricks that work well against lower level players for easy wins but is almost impossible to pull against a high rated player without it backfiring.
