This really shows the fact that if you're in the US, it doesn't mean that life is easier! Yes, salary in the US is higher, but taxes and the general cost of living are also higher.

The democrats are subsidizing them. Keep them poor so they can be dependent on the government. The government can do whatever they want and they get their votes all the time. Look at LA, #3 in homelessness in the world. What did Garcetti do the $100M funding for low cost housing in LA. Gone in 3 days with no affordable housing in sight. And yet they keep voting the same politicians. People can do better. We deserve better.

Unfortunately, it's by choice, a bad one too. There's one Pinoy nurse who's homeless too. Nursing are still one of the most in demand jobs especially right now, and still one of the high paying jobs. So I'm not sure how could that guy be homeless. He could even find a job as a live-in personal nurse or even as a CNA or caregiver if he lost his nursing licensure, that usually guarantees a permanent housing and still make good money. Unfortunately, high rate of homelessness happens in Democrat run cities where homelessness is a preferred choice. In NYC, some of these homeless people are being housed in luxury hotels. Not sure which hotel the guy in this video is being housed at but for some stupid reasoning, he prefers to live on the streets. That only shows what kind of mentality some of these people have, and I doubt if he has any sort of psychiatric issues.

If they really want to come maybe at least get prepared for that. While waiting for the opportunity na makapunta ng U.S. use your time to enrich yourself with knowledge and skills that will give you an edge when you are here. Do something that can boost your employability pagdating dito para yung American Dream mas madaling makamit at hindi maging dream lang forever. Life is tough here. It's not easy. “You can always find a job in America” is easier said than done. With the economy landslide in 2008, the effects of the plunge was felt until around 2012. Then, within a decade, this pandemic hits. It is a very competitive city with high cost of living. Those who used to shuffle 3 jobs in a week now have none due to the inability to open even the smallest of businesses. Moms and Pops shops are slowly deprived of chances to survive, more so restaurant and hotel workers. There seems to be a disconnect on what people think of how “easy” it is to work in America rather than what is really happening.

      Walang kinalaman pride dito.
Kasi dito sa US,Basta Tama pag-iisip mo,at magsumikap ay di aabot sa ganito.
Eto nga, binigyan na ng Hotel ng Gobyerno umayaw pa.
      Bakit?
      Kasi di makakuha ng droga.

jan ako takot pag yan nangyari sa akin its bec. I will be all alone. Thank God for everything I am blessed. Praying for you all to be safe and I wish I have extra I would love to help but I don’t. My family is also poor. Prayer is very powerful to spiritual connection to our great saviour and at times like this can help you calm.
