For daily gold upgrade u get 6 bronzes and silvers back so for 5 silver and 5 bronze u get 11 gold (1 rare) back. I do them all and it's more than enough.
I'm always short 81s 82s and 83s and dont have the time to grind the menus and play

Press square to auto sort low to high
It’s so much easier on the app, that’s what I use
I did the 89+ upgrades and what ever I get dup did the exchange and got a few players for the Chelsea PP and TOTY Bellingham
This was the method for me. 89 exchange for 50 cards back and it kept paying me back with 88 and 89 cards back too. Sometimes one 89 would get me 2-3 exchange packs. Then you can do another 10-15 packs and repeat.

I skip all those bronze/silver method,straight put all my 87-91rated to EXCHANGED for starter..finished the crafting updgrade with tons of 75x5 unopened 😭😭

Great video, the SBCs are a jungle as a new player. Been doing gold upgrades and 92+ GOL/Icon which seem like a complete waste vs Futties crafting and 94+ MYM. Also didn’t know about the daily bronze/silver trick, lots of fodder from them.
Any 89s put in exchange, and then crafting upgrade, it gives out so much if you keep cycling the players through it
The exchange was best thing ea ever did on the games it helps so much
I just farm 82 + and then use the 89 duplicate for fodder I find it much quicker than messing about with silver and bronze upgrades
But with the daily gold upgrade, you get 6 bronze and silver cards back so would that not be better than the ultimate upgrades? Great vid as always Nep :)

if you select Gold in your squad builder assistent, how come that you get them sorted by lowest rating - usually its by highest? or did you cut that out the video?
r3 -> rating ascending order
or L3 I don’t remember exactly
