    I started salivating after watching this video. I came to understand the combination of gram flour and rice flour to make vallaikai bhajji.. But after watching the entire video on chilli bhajji got few ideas of own to improvise the dish..     Sir, it’s been 15 years I started cooking. So far not even one time I have made a perfect poori. I saw your video of making poori and followed the same instructions you gave .. last week I made poori ... honestly I am telling you this was the first time I made a perfect poori... and got credit from my husband .
