Philip W. Moyer, MD, FACS, is a general surgeon specializing in minimally invasive and robotic surgery and is part of the Palm Beach Health Network Physician Group. His office is in Port St. Lucie. Dr. Moyer specializes in minimally invasive surgeries for anti-reflux, appendix, bowel and gallbladder ailments. For hernia and abdominal wall conditions, Dr. Moyer performs minimally invasive hernia surgery, complex hernia repair as well as ventral hernia, incisional hernia, inguinal hernia surgeries and complex abdominal wall reconstruction. Dr. Moyer provides additional general surgery care including biopsy of lesions, breast surgery, cancer surgery, dialysis access placement, chemotherapy infusaport placement, varicose vein surgery, hemorrhoid surgery, lymph node biopsy and surgery, skin lesion removal, spleen surgery, thyroid surgery, tracheostomy and wound care. He is also proficient in surgical endoscopy with the PEG (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy) tube.
