How can someone use so abusive language just because the car was bashed??? The same thing can be put forth in a better manner. More importantly, the man who bashed was waiting for one hour to inform like a gentle would. If he was otherwise, he would have left straight away after bashing the car. The lady should have some sense. Anger just blinded her.
