Props on the camera shake technique! Usually I just record a video where I shake the camera towards an object then use a tracker on it and put the movements to a null for the scene to parent to. Much a time saver :)

Use a depth map instead of a mask for the camera lens blurs, you get proper blur falloff. Just use a shape layer, it's easy as and looks way better

I know this may sound mundane but I'd love to see a tutorial all about the GLOW effect in After Effects. Especially focusing on why and when you should use duplicate glows on a project. I see people duplicating the Glow effect all the time but don't really know why they do it. You are my go to person for AE tutorials. Keep up the good work. Thanks
