Love all the pink ones! I bit my nails as a kid and I was promised a Barbie doll (in late 1959 when she first came out and I was 8) if I stopped biting them. So I did, still have her and all her cool clothes from then, and went on to do my own nails starting in my early teens. My daughter and grandaughters got to play with her too. And none of them bite their nails!
Thanks for showing the sheer shimmers over the coordinating creams. It was cool to see. My favorite is My Job is Beach. I'm a sucker for blues! I had the 1987, California Dreams Midge, a red-haired Barbie with green eyes and freckles. My favorite toy was my Lite-Brite and my 1978 Tomy fashion plates.
They look so fun and girly, they remind me of polishes meant for kids. Also reminds me of this really cute nail decoration flash kind of game that I used to play on the barnie website back in the 2000's. You could choose the color, add rings to the fingers, add as many decorations as you wanted, it was so fun. I miss those sort of games.
Such a fun collection! When I was little I had an American Girl doll from my Grandma. Around the same time my Dad bought me an off brand one. I always played with them together because I didn’t want one to feel left out 😂
I love basic cream finishes! I would have loved to see a barkcloth green in this collection, but overall it is great. My favorite toy as a kid was a paper doll. I spent hours creating outfits for her that I designed myself. ❤

Lol, my sister and I snuck a few Barbie’s in our luggage for a flight(!) to the Caribbean and took a picture of them all sitting at the edge of the balcony in our room 😂 they got a vacation too! I hope the person developing that film got a kick out of it 😅
I ordered Welcome to Barbie Land for the collecting/nostalgia factor, but that’s enough for me. I don’t usually buy OPI because I don’t like their brush much and because I prefer my polish to be at least 5 free.
This is a cute collection, especially with the shimmers to match the creams. Cool idea. My most cherished toy was a hard plastic doll almost as tall as me. It was gifted to me by a neighbor. I was probably around 6yrs old. My mom let me use a brown marker so I could paint it’s hair. I loved Frank Sinatra so I named him Frank. We danced all over the house. 😂It sounds so stupid as I’m writing this, but I loved Frank. My three siblings knew better than to mess with my ‘Frank’ doll! I still love ‘Singing in the Rain!’
One of the pink shades reminded me of a Barbie nail polish I had as a kid, where you can paint your nail and it easily peels off!!! I loved that shade and I used up the bottle too. I might get a few bottles for nostalgia.
I can't wait for the Barbie movie! My favourite toys as a kid were definitely Barbie and My Little Pony. I was born in the 80s so I like the retro MLP, not the weird ones of today!

I love this collection! I had always been an OPI girl, loved how forgiving their formula is, it lasts a good long time on my nails. I have to be honest I only bought OPI until I started watching you! Now I have Orly, KB Shimmer, ILNP and Cirque Colors to my collection. But I still love my OPI !!! 😊oh PS love the pink in your hair!!!

I still have them in a box in storage, I cannot bring myself to throw them) and, because it's on theme, I did spend a lot of time with my Doctor Barbie for sure. I also had a million stuffed animals too that had a rotating schedule for who got to sleep in bed with me--don't worry they all got blankets tho. 😆
I'd like to see the toppers mixed and matched over the cremes, Like the blue shimmer over the pink, or the pink shimmer over the yellow, etc. If you are buying the full set, there are a lot of combos you could make.
If I'm being honest I don't watch your videos religiously because I go through phases of being into nail polish. When I do tho, you're giving me application p*rn because your swatches are always so seamless and you always seem so happy to talk about nail polish it makes me happy, your week of mani wrap kinda shorts are also really fun to watch (my favorite toy was a tiny plastic tinkerbell that could stand I went to sleep holding it in my hand and it always poked me throughout the night)

Fun collection-love the colors! I loved my Barbies, and a friend and I used to make videos with them. We loved using fishing line…to make Barbie’s arm pick up the phone, to pull the Barbie car down a construction paper road, etc. 😂

The frosty glitter polishes are giving strong 90's vibes. They're not my personal favorite but as toppers I think they look nice! As a kid I loved my Marvin's Magic Drawing Board except no one ever knows what that is 😅

Barbie was my cherished and beloved childhood toy! I love this whole collection. I didn’t think I would buy the first light color but when you put that topper over it I was sold! I also couldn’t help thinking your eye makeup was giving me pink eye (the virus) flashbacks because it reminded me of what my eye looked like once when I had a very bad case of it. 🤷🏻♀️ (That is not meant as an insult. I just had a bad case of it when I was pregnant and was not able to take medication to help clear it up so it looked severe for several weeks. 👎) Otherwise, I liked how you coordinated your makeup color with this review. It was definitely on point for a Barbie review! 👏👏👏
I loved Glamor Gals, which were like 3 inch Barbies and Star Wars figures of similar size. I also had a Barbie sticker album that I was obsessed with. The dresses were re-stickable.
I was a Barbie kid. But also a She-ra, Rainbow Brite and My Little Pony kid. Barbie was probably the toy line I stayed interested in the longest, but always had other dolls too, like Lady Lovely Locks and these cup cake dolls that I don't remember the name of, but they didn't have legs, just huge silicone skirts, that if you folded them up towards their heads they looked like cupcake liners and they had frosting hats. Skipper's shirts fit the torso of these dolls, so they just got added in as Skipper's friends while we played. I remember at one point I really wanted a Shaving Fun Ken Doll, because it was the first Ken doll I saw with rooted hair instead of molded vinyl hair and my mom said no because she thought it was weird to shave a ken doll. (his beard was hot/cold water reactive) I'm probably way more excited for this Barbie Movie than a 40 something year old woman should be. lol
Honestly, I think my Barbies were probably my most cherished toys because I had older brothers, so they were really the only toys I didn’t have to share. But thinking about toys in general makes me think of my brothers and how much fun we had together as kids and now I’m crying. Couldn’t have asked for better siblings and all this Barbie nostalgia is somehow reminding me of it all! 🥹💖
I'm not a huge Barbie fan but I did find a couple that I like in this review. Didn't have a lot of toys is a kid but I did get an Easy-Bake oven and the light bright. I remember Loving those toys. They were super special and I think it may have influenced things I like to this day. I do make and decorate cakes as a side business. And I am an artist so I think the Lite-Brite influenced me too. I know that I never use the templates I always created my own art
i didn’t hear about it until i saw it in the store! i was really happy the glitter shades i picked up work well over plain nails. i like having the option to use it as a topper or solo :)
Cute combinations! I think I have to say my favorite childhood toy was Samantha, my American Girl doll. I don't have all her original pieces but I've been able to pass the doll itself on to my girls! 🥰 Otherwise my favorite toys were my Nintendos which are long gone, I logged the most hours playing those by far! 😆
Hi Kelli! This is ironic because my absolute favorite childhood toy was my Barbie collection. At one point, I made the bottom of my closet into a whole Barbie land. I had furniture all spread out. I had my favorite Barbie and Ken. I had many story lines going with all of them too. I had my very own soap operas. 😂 Thank you for your videos and vlogs and the memories. 💕
These colours are so cute. Definitely getting me excited to see the Barbie movie in a couple of weeks! I have to say I always loved my Gameboy Color as a child; I spent hours playing Pokemon Red.

My favorite toys were definitely Barbies growing up. I took such good care of them too. They always had to wear matching clothes and their hair could never be tangled or messy. We couldn't afford the Barbie Dream House, so my mom made me a Barbie house out of an old bookshelf. It had four "stories" and each shelf had like three to four rooms that were separated by square pieces of wood. The rooms were decorated with printed paper and wallpaper samples for the walls and she made Barbie sized furniture for it as well. I played with my Barbies until I was probably 12 years old and a friend came over and made fun of me for still playing with them, so I put them away and eventually my mom gave them away. I really wish I would have just kept them and not cared what other kids thought about me still playing with them.
You and your mom sound amazing! My girls love watching CZcams creators that make miniature apartments out of shoeboxes. Sounds like y'all were some of the OGs for that trend. :)
I saw the movie the other day, and it was so much fun- I hope you go see it if you haven't yet! I'm a big Barbie fan already and was waiting for these to come back in stock, and after seeing the movie I'm even more excited to get them!! (Also I wore Orly's Beach Cruiser for it and I can't stop looking at my nails, they're so bright and pink 🤩)
Your look for this video is absolutely amazing! I love gray combined with one vibrant color. The collection itself is really well done. The color story is great. I like the mix of cremes and corresponding cremes. I wouldn't buy any of them, but it is a well-executed idea. I really liked Polly Pocket. I was scared of losing the tiny dolls though lol

This collection! Omg it’s so cute! I’m in love with it! I’m not much fan of pink shades or bright colors (I’m a fall person and half of my collection is dark colors lol) but I’m absolutely digging the pinks in this! I also loved how they included the optional shimmer counterparts. Barbie was also a childhood toy I played with a lot. I remember my Mom giving me her doll house when I was like 5 or 6. I also had Alvin and the Chipmunks plushies I used to play with too when I was a kid. I’m not much excited about the movie as I am for this collection surprisingly. I’m more ready for Oppenheimer haha

I really wish I could wear a bright pink mani with confidence, but I've never been able to. I love My Job is Beach from this collection. And although it's basic, the Bon Voyage to Reality looks like a great palate cleansing nude. Loved my Barbies as a kid!!
at first i wasn't sure about these colors but i do actually like the combos of the matching creme + shimmer, and welcome to barbie land looks exactly like what i picture in my head when i think of "barbie nailpolish". also, i was more of a bratz girl instead of barbie, i was obsessed with those things. they had this one set that was like a conveyor belt sushi counter that was my absolute favorite thing forever until i lost all the little pieces of sushi XD
I think this collection is so cute!!!! I had so many barbies but the best thing was the barbie washing machine, i also had the original littlest pet shop i loved them so much, and one of those dogs thats did the back flips ❤
Definitely my stuffed friend, Bunny Foo Foo. I only recently learned that is a nursery rhyme or something but that's just what it was named for me as a kid and I still have it today. 😅 it brought me so much comfort. I also distinctly remember being so into dinosaurs too (deff a Land Before Time kid) and when the movie 'Dinosaur' came out, my dad got me like a rubber toy version of the red T-rex in that movie and I remember looooving it. So random but hey 😅
This is a really fun collection and I’m thinking about picking up several of these, which is a bit of a surprise for me! My favorite toys as a child were Barbie of course, and the Strawberry Shortcake dolls (the OG ones, I’m an old lol) I loved Transformers but my mom wouldn’t buy them for me because those were “boys’ toys” 🙄🙄
Oh Barbie. She gave me so many great memories as a girl. Dreaming if being glamorous and beautiful. And for a farm kid that was big. Not a lot of glittery dresses and jewels on a farm. But Barbie gave me that. So I'm buying the nail polish just for the memories. Just for me and you, Sherry. I list my cousin Sherry this year to cancer. Barbie was our best friend and playmate.

Honestly, I think my Barbies were probably my most cherished toys because I had older brothers, so they were really the only toys I didn’t have to share. But thinking about toys in general makes me think of my brothers and how much fun we had together as kids and now I’m crying. Couldn’t have asked for better siblings and all this Barbie nostalgia is somehow reminding me of it all! 🥹💖
I'm not a huge Barbie fan but I did find a couple that I like in this review. Didn't have a lot of toys is a kid but I did get an Easy-Bake oven and the light bright. I remember Loving those toys. They were super special and I think it may have influenced things I like to this day. I do make and decorate cakes as a side business. And I am an artist so I think the Lite-Brite influenced me too. I know that I never use the templates I always created my own art

i didn’t hear about it until i saw it in the store! i was really happy the glitter shades i picked up work well over plain nails. i like having the option to use it as a topper or solo :)

I don't have all her original pieces but I've been able to pass the doll itself on to my girls! 🥰 Otherwise my favorite toys were my Nintendos which are long gone, I logged the most hours playing those by far! 😆

Hi Kelli! This is ironic because my absolute favorite childhood toy was my Barbie collection. At one point, I made the bottom of my closet into a whole Barbie land. I had furniture all spread out. I had my favorite Barbie and Ken. I had many story lines going with all of them too. I had my very own soap operas. 😂 Thank you for your videos and vlogs and the memories. 💕
These colours are so cute. Definitely getting me excited to see the Barbie movie in a couple of weeks! I have to say I always loved my Gameboy Color as a child; I spent hours playing Pokemon Red.

My favorite toys were definitely Barbies growing up. I took such good care of them too. They always had to wear matching clothes and their hair could never be tangled or messy. We couldn't afford the Barbie Dream House, so my mom made me a Barbie house out of an old bookshelf. It had four "stories" and each shelf had like three to four rooms that were separated by square pieces of wood. The rooms were decorated with printed paper and wallpaper samples for the walls and she made Barbie sized furniture for it as well. I played with my Barbies until I was probably 12 years old and a friend came over and made fun of me for still playing with them, so I put them away and eventually my mom gave them away. I really wish I would have just kept them and not cared what other kids thought about me still playing with them.

I was always more of a Care Bears- Strawberry Shortcake- playsets kind of kid. Although I did have Barbies, her white stallion was my favorite.

I saw the movie the other day, and it was so much fun- I hope you go see it if you haven't yet! I'm a big Barbie fan already and was waiting for these to come back in stock, and after seeing the movie I'm even more excited to get them!! (Also I wore Orly's Beach Cruiser for it and I can't stop looking at my nails, they're so bright and pink 🤩)

This collection! Omg it’s so cute! I’m in love with it! I’m not much fan of pink shades or bright colors (I’m a fall person and half of my collection is dark colors lol) but I’m absolutely digging the pinks in this! I also loved how they included the optional shimmer counterparts. Barbie was also a childhood toy I played with a lot. I remember my Mom giving me her doll house when I was like 5 or 6. I also had Alvin and the Chipmunks plushies I used to play with too when I was a kid. I’m not much excited about the movie as I am for this collection surprisingly. I’m more ready for Oppenheimer haha

I really wish I could wear a bright pink mani with confidence, but I've never been able to. I love My Job is Beach from this collection. And although it's basic, the Bon Voyage to Reality looks like a great palate cleansing nude. Loved my Barbies as a kid!!
at first i wasn't sure about these colors but i do actually like the combos of the matching creme + shimmer, and welcome to barbie land looks exactly like what i picture in my head when i think of "barbie nailpolish". also, i was more of a bratz girl instead of barbie, i was obsessed with those things. they had this one set that was like a conveyor belt sushi counter that was my absolute favorite thing forever until i lost all the little pieces of sushi XD

Definitely my stuffed friend, Bunny Foo Foo. I only recently learned that is a nursery rhyme or something but that's just what it was named for me as a kid and I still have it today. 😅 it brought me so much comfort. I also distinctly remember being so into dinosaurs too (deff a Land Before Time kid) and when the movie 'Dinosaur' came out, my dad got me like a rubber toy version of the red T-rex in that movie and I remember looooving it. So random but hey 😅

This is a really fun collection and I’m thinking about picking up several of these, which is a bit of a surprise for me! My favorite toys as a child were Barbie of course, and the Strawberry Shortcake dolls (the OG ones, I’m an old lol) I loved Transformers but my mom wouldn’t buy them for me because those were “boys’ toys” 🙄🙄

Oh Barbie. She gave me so many great memories as a girl. Dreaming if being glamorous and beautiful. And for a farm kid that was big. Not a lot of glittery dresses and jewels on a farm. But Barbie gave me that. So I'm buying the nail polish just for the memories. Just for me and you, Sherry. I list my cousin Sherry this year to cancer. Barbie was our best friend and playmate.
