Gut's legs looked thin in the golden age arc but in other arcs like conviction his legs matched his upper body. He is also a very tall man and his legs are bound to not look massive in pants because of their length.
I believe Kentaro Miura drew his characters very thin in clothes and very large without clothes. It's apparent in some panels of guts where his waist is half the size of his shoulder width with a thick belt tightened too. It is simply up to us to choose which panel of him to replicate.
I think lean Steve reeves is actually a good representation of what Guts's physique would translate like into real life. LeBron James I believe is also a lookalike because of his height.
My method is to prioritize Lat, abs, bicep, shoulder, and calf development. I put more volumetric emphasis towards said muscles. If you look closely he has very large calves in some panels. Even in the Golden Age arc. His calf insertions are great, in contrast to Lebron James whos calf's insertions are terrible. Stomach vacuums and ribcage expansion is also a given if you want that thin waist and wide shoulders.
Coming back to Steve Reeves, like you said in one of your previous videos; Steve would often stop training muscles and actually downsize them in order to achieve his vision. I think that is incredibly vital in order to look like Guts. Gut's has no triceps development in comparison to his bicep. Throughout the golden age arc his arms appear rather small in comparison to his traps, neck, and shoulders.
This may sound discouraging to some but Gut's physique is almost exclusive to tall bodybuilders. His head to height proportion is very high and these are little important things that few people talk about in bodybuilding. As much as someone who is 5'6 uses these programs and methods at the end of the day they will just look tiny. They will look very small with such a thin waist, lesser developed triceps, and leanness. They just won't have long arms, wide clavicle, long legs, and the height to actually replicate Guts. They will look like a bobble head. It is impossible to replicate someone who's bones are a foot taller than you.

Been on the program about 3 months and really starting to get some developments, people telling me I am looking bigger and even leaner. Pretty cool feeling as someone coming from SL and PPL background. Haven't made any big changes since I really enjoy the program. Main thing is I do cardio 2x a week outside of lifting + calisthenic workout also on those days. Usually are before I am in the gym. Never felt gassed during the workout with it. Main thing I might change is throw some more leg movements in my leg day, but with the amount of cardio I do I don't really see it as necessary.
My longterm is to follow this plan as long as possible. I really enjoy doing such a varied Compound, DB, Calisthenic based workout. It really tests me to push out every time I am in the gym. Thanks, for the program NH this has been an awesome start and I hope to continue it far in the future.

I find a meaty yoke to be very aesthetic, and the kettlebell farmer's walk works as a good finisher to add some extra loaded stretching to the traps (and delts, forearms, and grip). Specifically kettlebell because I have 13 of them up to 40kg and I love incorporating them! They're also less awkward to walk with than dumbbells.

Guts looks the way he does because of his bone structure. He's got a thin, coathanger like bone structure that is disguised by having a mountain of muscle built on top. No amount of training can make you look like guts if you don't have very wide clavicles, small joints and long arms and legs combined with a thin waist.

@@sonekapanchi6457 Do you have elite steroid levels of muscle on top of your skinny boned frame? Body Builder Flex wheeler who has 6.5 inch wrists is a good example of what I mean.

@@sonekapanchi6457 Right so inject some trenbolone to build as much muscle as Flex Wheeler and you will look exactly like Guts. Except Flex Wheeler has a myostatin deficiency syndrome so you might not be able to regardless.

ton physique est simplement incroyable mon vieux. You have an even better body than what guts had in the golden age arc its truly remarquable. Can you tell us how much you weight and how tall are you. Because i have a similar composition as you have or I would like to think so. 1m78/ 5'10 205 lbs with 8 inch wrist 12.5' forearms 15.5' right biceps 15.6' left biceps and a 16' neck I dont work out but I come from a family of farmers so I am a bit developped but nothing close to the physique u have its really insane to see such an awesome physique I might start going to the gym a lot when the pandemic stops but till then i'll try to follow what u do without the weights.

Honestly i feel i have a relatively similar bone structure to guts (with long limbs and broad shoulders, although my vtaper is less marked). I qlso have a tough time growing my chest, so i always had in mind i would look relatively similar to him anyways. This just makes it simpler to achieve!

Is guts physique achievable naturally? For some extremely gifted people yes, but not everyone. You'd have to possess incredible genes to achieve it, and put in years of training while using what's considered "legal" supplements. His arms are way too big for an average joe's genetics. Still Guts' physique is insane and you don't have to big THAT big and lean to look impressive/incredible. Go halfway to your dream physique and you'll be very proud of yourself. Consistency is key. Good Luck
