Sometimes horrible things happen to good people. Life isn't fair. And it can be heart wrenching. And if you're having one of those dark days, it's okay. It's okay. It's okay to feel that darkness. When challenges and issues come back to back to back to back, and it seems like, "Something is after me, something is attacking me, something is attacking my journey." Look for the lesson in it all. You will grow through what you go through. The question is, are you willing to go through it? When those bad things happen, what are you going to do? Are you gonna let this horrible situation dictate the way you feel and the way you handle it? Are you gonna fall over and fall down, and fall apart? Or are you going to face this issue with courage, and with resolution? You know darkness. So embrace. Embrace that darkness. Don't look away from it, own it. Step up to the challenge. No matter what you face, start walking. Take that step. Every day, no matter what you are facing, get up and start walking. And never surrender. And remember that even in the most wretched times, when you face darkness yourself, no matter how bad things get, remember not to stop, remember not to pause, remember not to hesitate, remember to put one foot in front of the other, take that first step, and start walking. And we will fight. And in fighting, we will win. And if not the battle, and if not the war, we will win because our spirit, it will never surrender. And that is the ultimate victory. To hold your head high. And even in the face of inescapable defeat, to stand and to fight, that is to win. Don't allow yourself a switch off button. I know there's always an answer. As I type this, there are 7 mins left for my result to be announced for some exams my entire career depends on. My dad on deathbed knocked on his chest and said " son I do not feel anything inside anymore" I cried and said "neither do I"...it's been 7 years since then and the void still exists...year 2020 I thought everything is going to change..I was at the highest in my career, i thought I found love of my life....And yet again I lost everything with no fault of my own...I'm broken , shattered, just crying in dark with no one absolutely no one to talk to. I thought about giving it up as no one cares anyways..but this video gave me hope to live again..I'm going to remember this day as how close I came to end..live on with your struggles people. If you ever fell into darkness you may think there is no way to get out, you will not see any way out, it will be all dark around you. But that doesn't mean that there is no light or bright places thats only because you are in the middle of the darkness its like being in a room with the lights off. So insted of sitting there and crying and being sad and depressed stand up and move. Find a way out to the bright side, there is always exit. Dont waste your time in being sad in that darkness you deserve something better.
It's so difficult to get over the darkness when it's the only thing uve known u whole life n loved with all ur heart.

This video covered what I've been experiencing for years, back to back things being sad and difficult - losing family members, health problems, job and career loss. What I find especially hard is how as soon as I recover from one thing it feels like a new thing happens. Meanwhile some of my friends haven't experienced even one of these things and as a result their lives are better - they've got stable careers, partners, families, income and housing with no health problems. I keep picking myself up after each loss, working towards my goals and hoping my luck improves, I know that's all I can do.

Social Anxiety cripples me but I will not give up I will have faith
I’ve been there... i know how lonely it can make you feel. You need to push yourself and start making steps to put yourself outside of your comfort zone. What helped me get through it is knowing that nobody goes to sleep thinking about something you may have said or done, they have their own struggles and at the end of the day you’ll feel proud you made that step.

I lost hope a year ago. I lost a friend knowing I won't see her for a long tine, ... I lost it. I lost my hope of happiness and joy. But now. Now I have gained that hope back more than a year of isolation from my friends and family. I met someone new, I met a new friend who I consider my light in the darkness.

Thinking back for 2019 as it should have been the year I progress the most,then on the 5th of january last year I started to fall into the darkest hole i have ever been ,it just took a moment,and lasted for a year.A year full of breakdowns,hopelessnes,uncertainty.I was totally shattered into peaces.And now here I stand,still uncertain about what the future holds ,not even knowing what made me withstand the shitshow,just knowing that I'm still here,and after that defensive war,I'am ready to conquer!

It's not just "one issue"/"one thing"- It's my life
No matter what I will face my fears
I feel so stuck in life and just so fucken depressed and honestly If I’m not falling apart crying everyday it’s anger . Me constantly pushing people away because no one truly cares . And most days I ask myself who Am I cause I’m always torn between two people inside of me . One constantly is so negative and telling me how no one will ever like me . No one cares that you feel something . That you have no right to feel the way you do because there are people in worse situations than you . Compared to the one that is positive and always looking forward to what’s next excited to see . But obviously you see who always wins ..

I need this right now. Split with my partner, lost my daughter, my home, my world. Cry myself to sleep every night. I'm losing the battle but hopefully I can win the war. If it wasn't for my daughter I probably wouldn't be here. Pray for me.

Take baby steps, do not rush and when you feel demotivated to the point where you feel like giving up.. just think about your angel daughter 💓 I assure you a peace will emerge and you will have all the energy to continue and make things better for you and her.

I force myself to work hard as I can but still I was failed, my earnings isn't enough to finish my studies. For the past eleven years I felt i'm nothing but a trash, just living cause i'm still breathing. after I have seen this video I start to believe that there's still a bright side of this life.
