Studied with Lotte Lehmann and participated in the legendary Maria Callas Masterclasses. She sang in opera and concert all over Europe (Düsseldorf, Duisburg, Zürich...) and later became a renowned singing teacher in NYC. Her most famous pupil was Paul Simon of Simon and Garfunkle fame.
Luba Tcheresky has sung under the batons of Lukas Foss, Thomas Martin, Maurice Abravanel, Alfred Wallenstein, Christopher Keene, Laszlo Halasz, Erede, Leonard Bernstein, G. Patané, Hans Swarofsky, Nello Santi and others.
