An extra tip with looking at your target instead of your crosshair, make sure that you are FOCUSING on your target and not just simply LOOKING.
An example of this would be when looking at spinning fan blades, if you look at the fan the blades seem a blur, but if you FOCUS, the blade because visible and almost slower. Incorporating this in game has been a massive help for me and others.

I really dont know what im doing wrong. Aiming holds me back so much I already have an absolute mental torture of a aim training session and i have 100s of hours spent doing it yet my aim still sucks and is the only thing getting me killed me at this point, im seriously thinking of cheating because of this. Aiming is the easiest thing for everyone else but to me 1v3ing pro players is far easier than aiming

My friend, here you have a few tips:
Make 100% sure that the mouse acceleration is off;
Buy a speeder mouse pad;
Buy a lighter mouse;
Adjust your playing position. Your arm may be in a difficult moving position;
Learn how to move everything, not only your wrist;
Do not play other aim training games but play gun games, controls, tdm instead;
Don't get nervous at the time of shooting because it stiffens your wrist and fingers, causing bad aiming.
They are all things that I have experienced personally and I'm fixing, I have improved drastically my aim in the last month.

I have a really important question about tracking in fps games in the controller do I need to predict where is my opponent gonna go while I am tracking because I am struggling on tracking in controller especially in long ranges and mid and close

If you keep your aim centered on an opponent if you start adjusting your aim when they move you should be good,

Long ranges you definitely need to predict since bullets are hitscan and take some time to travel to your enemies, at close range you can react to the movement but once you have been playing for a while you will get better at predicting enemy movements

Mnk is just better. Controller is fucking trash, i have 8 years on controller and i aim train over an hour everyday and i have 100s of hours doing them but yet my aim fucking sucks still (only thing that gets me killed) i have less than a day on mnk and i can say with confidence that my aim is infinitely better than its ever been on controller, apex doesnt have mnk on console so im seriously thinking of buying a strike pack for anti recoil, it isn’t cheating tbh if youve put more than enough time into aim training but it clearly never improved me so buying a strike pack is like buying the effects my aim training shouldve gave me ages ago
