I don't have spice jars but am thinking I could double up a ziplock snack bag to store in?
Can I do this in multiple layers? I'm planning to stock for at least six months.
+Soft@♥ Unfortunately, this method only works if the herbs are laid out in a single layer on the paper towels. Otherwise, overlapping will cause the herbs to steam and cook vs. having the room to allow the water in the leaves to evaporate and dry. But fortunately, each batch doesn't take very long - only one minute, or so! Hope you give it a try and let us know what you think. Thanks for your question!
