With 2 30 ton ac seems like they needed geothermal models and plumb them into the boiler and dump all that ac heat into the boiler. 🙂

on the plate exchanger how do they undue those bolts? They look like they are captured by the block behind them on the back side and the rod dimpled on the front side.
