Blood items are getting banned mainly due to the group Peak UGC using the DMCA form system that was part of the EU act thingy (i think). Thought this was the group taking down ugc limited knockoffs.
Better for them to not remove it , and instead , they should add system that denies any Europeans from see it.

I think the blood items should have variations depending on any users age. If they are below 9, there will be no blood. If they are 9 or over, there will be slight blood and if they are 13 or over, any blood detail will be showed.
it's actually because of a european law, (from what i've heard) and peak ugc is the one banning these items
Even with these settings peak ugc will still report the most stupid things

There’s a diffrence between copy right and trademark a trade mark is a brand your label and it lasts forever copyright only lasts for around 100 years example: in past few years whinnie the poo and Mickey mouse are old enough to no longer be copyrighted but their logo of the circle with 2 ears is a logo and trademarked

Tbh, the being banned for saying "fatherless" thing is actually good because not only does it restrict toxicity, but it also restricts people being rude and just a bully to others, on top of that, those say "fatherless" are most likely just people who don't understand why it's not cool call people fatherless especially when it's used as a joke,
and it still is, people that use this word/"joke" probably won't understand that those have actually lost there fathers in either a accident, mūrdêr or the war.
Or any other event regarding losing a father.
So again to me the word "fatherless" getting you banned is good, I don't think it's necessary for roblox instantly ban people, but the least if they keep saying it, then I can see why it's a "instant ban".

I think the reason the blood items are banned is because Roblox only allows blood in 13+ games ( occasionally blood can be seen in 9+ games ) and someone playing an all ages game with that accessory would violate that rule

It might be because roblox doesn't like the word "fatherless" much anymore, mainly because those that are toxic and rude use it to bully people just because of there avatar, it's also because they are probably realizing that people use it as a "joke" when it's not and it's a trigger to get people who actually have lost their fathers, upset.
