Thanks for the video. I once took my 2007 to the shop to swap an alternator and they wanted to take out everything out all I took out was the fan 😂😂😂 and they were looking to charge me 500

Thanks for all of the ideas. I was able to get the knock sensor completed in about an hour. The paper towel/paper in the socket was perfect. I removed the reservoir for coolant just to allow my fat hand and arm better access.

Amazing video, what is the part number of the knock sensor you used?

This took me about 30-40 mins start to finish. All the other videos I saw involved taking off other body and/or engine parts and I wondered if I could do it without all that. You can! Be sure and tell me how you made out on this and tell me if you did anything better and easier than I did so we can all learn.
