My zero 2’s lasted about 7 months now they straight up broke and I treat my shit like it costs a million bucks so take that as you will.
IEMs are great for isolation and being able to swap out cables if your cat chews them is a plus. Big rabbit hole to go down in this category.
is there any recomendation for one without the over the ear? just straight on ear not behind the one with cabble hanging behind the ear one
literally ordering new ones right now cos my cats got into my room and chewed through them lmao
this is my 7th pair of iems since we got the cats 9 months ago and i normally put them in my drawer to avoid them getting to them but i forgot to do so and paid the price
@@lceorangutan why would you want that? The cable over the ear is pretty standard fair for decent IEMs. Helps with retention.. cables that go straight down are usually in cheaper ear buds you’ll find at a department store. Otherwise you’re in the market for wireless.
@@lceorangutanetymotic er2xr is one of the best but you have to shove it deep into ears. There are other suggestions for usual iem but etymotic is one of the best for the price
@@lceorangutan brand called "final" makes that sort of iems, choose your budget and pick any model.. they are all preety good

I used to have the kzs10 pros n I have to say I was NEVER disappointed. I lost them a bit ago and nothing has ever sounded the same. Im looking into getting a newer and better pair of iems , but unsure what I could get that's better sounding for it'd price range

The KZ DQS are one of the best IEMs for the price they cost about 20 bucks but they sounds like 80 bucks

The problem I’m having with mine is the length of the cord. If I use a aux extension will this reduce the quality of sound ?
Well longer wires means more resistance so maybe but the quality dif might just be imperceptible
can you recommend any mics to use with some iems that don't have mic included please? Im thinking of purchasing the kiwi ears orchestra lite but has no mic, so what can I buy that isn't that expensive but still has good quality for a mic? I care more for how I listen to sound in game than how I sound like when I speak on discord. im not looking for perfect quality mic but you know at least one that gets the job done to communicate with teammates and isn't that crappy mic that pics up every neighbors barking dog that's far away lol
If u want the cheapest but perfect sound is just to buy a lav mic like ulamzi arimic ($10) and put that mic infront of ur mouth by clipping it on a covid mask (the mask will act as a perfect wind / breath blocker).

no
putting the KZs over the hexas in any way, shape or form is CRAZY. If you want a V shape on your gaming IEMs, just tune an actual good *cheaper* IEM like the Truthear Hola, Moondrop Chu, Salnotes Zero, Tangzu Waner, if a MIC is needed just go with the Celeste Kinera that has an actual boom MIC and if you want the KZs *REAL BAD* just go with the CCA CRA that is the same sound just cheaper. I would NEVER recommend KZs in general no matter how good they *supposedly* are just because of how much of a scummy company KZ/CCA (they're the same company) is.
They go from scandal to scandal relying on people that don't know better to buy their products that they release at BREAKNECK speed.
Im a broke college student and Im just gonna trust you and order the CCA CRA even though I wanted the mic, dont let me down

Are there IEMs with inbuild mics?
Typically not, the Final VR3000 (nr.1 in this videos list) do come with a mic but they don't have a detachable cable. If you want a mic get a seprate lapel mic or something like a kinea gramr.
The Salnotes Zero have a USB-C version with a MIC

@@Dhadha23251 I have the LG 27GP850-B and I'm loving it, I also heard good things for the LG UltraGear 27GR83Q-B. You can't go wrong with either one of them.
I would choose the first one LG 27GP850-B over the dell. Dell is a VA panel and the 2nd LG is 240hz which might be a little overkill imo
