Wish Hot Toys would also consider making the 2003 and 2008 Hulks. Seriously, I believe they're so overlooked and underrated versions of the movie Hulk!
Have you seen that Toy Strike is making an accessory pack for Hulk ? It has buckled street lights, sewer grates and two holdable chunks of torn up pavement for him to grab. Pretty good, a nice addition.

The marvel encyclopedia says he's 9 feet tall. I think he scales near perfect.

You're perfectly right that what you get for the price is amazing people need to realize that this is completely new tooling for a 100% unique figure. That is incredibly expensive on Hot Toys's part and that's not even considering the size of the guy. So really you get what you paid for

At first glance, i thought the hulk has no articulation but the rubber skin aspect SHOCKS me.
I'm not gonna judge which one is better cause your both very good reviewers on youtube infact my two favourites but Sean does always give positives in his reviews where as Optibotimus gives his Straight Opinion.

For that price, he should have came with another head sculpt and a nice display stand. I'll wait for Avengers 2 or Hulk 2.0 =P
NICE review. VERY enthusiastic and fun! I am waiting to get mine through my friend's comic shop (literally through Sideshow Collectibles). I can't wait. As for the PERS; they are separated handles because in this scale, they'll have a tendency to break if made as a one unit connector for both eyes to move simultaneously. On this figure, the eyes are too far apart for that type of mechanism. In fact, Mr. Howard Chan (President of HT) told me that himself at SDCC 2013. Thanks for sharing!
Pretty sure if you need to give Hulk a weapon, that's what the 'Hot Toys' Loki is for
I think if Optibotimus was a transformer he would be Shockwave, he's a passionate hard worker. But I don't know him personally so idk.

I do not know anything about Hot Toys. I just can't believe how much toys cost nowadays. I find it insane. I'm only 28, but I do remember my GI Joes were $3.99 each and my X-Men figures were about $5.99. I check out the toy section occasionally and it's nuts to me that a 4" inch Iron Man is like $12.99.
no only takara does with the masterpiece line they're probably the best collectable transformers your gonna get but I wish sideshow did some transformers
yeah i guess its a minor nitpick because in the movie they are 100% grey and those are more purple (you can check some pictures of it on google)

Yeah you're right. Just when I saw that video and they talked about the rubber skin, it clicked in my head like, "hey, the Hot Toys Hulk that I just saw optibotimus review has that similar arm design to those older Hot Toys". Hopefully I end up being wrong and history doesn't repeat itself.

Nah. Too many different versions of Iron Man. They'll be only one Avengers' Hulk, so it would make sense to include a Bruce Banner figure since Hulk don't come with anything other than hands.

if you look at the avengers movie when ironman is standing next to hulk, iron man is almost about the same size.
You should get Hot Toys Iron Man 2 War Machine toy to review on if you already have it then never mind that.

Hey Opti, you do realize that you're basically getting a 1/4 scale figure of *anything else*, right? For 300 dollars? They can easily go for twice that. And for something *that big and heavy*, no stand of any kind that isn't custom and likely metal is going to keep him from falling over if he wants to fall over.
And please, for the love of God, Floods or white background, not both. You wash out *everything* with both.

very very cool review and figure but like you said he doesn't come with much but how about a Bruce banner head sculpt and outfit for maybe 400 bucks would be pretty cool what do you think botimus

Awesome figure! Have you tried toning down your studio lights a bit? Might look better on camera.

Hey Optibotimus, I need some advice. So I have a brand new DX12 2.0 Joker New in box (that I have had for about a Year). Should I sell it and get the Hot Toys Hulk or T-800 Battle damaged. Since you have both, I wanted to know which one is better in value and awesome as a display piece.
