Rossflue 2082m / Short Alpine Hike T6 / Giswilerstock massiv / From Fluonalp in Obwalden

If the weather doesn't always goes with your plans.. this year especially, we are always trying to find something.. Very little time before the rain comes, Rossflue on the Giswilerstock massiv could do.. within two hours we are on the top. Let's go. From Giswil via Panoramastrasse direction Sorenberg in Canton of Obwalden. On the road there's visible sights Fluonalp for turn. Very quiet but beautiful alp, with nice vies of the Lake Sarnen.
Rossflue hike is an alpine hike, T6, with a lot of climbing sections II.UIAA difficulty. Very exposed on same places. It's neighbour peak Schafnase is easier T4, did it few weeks back. But it's NW ridge offers nice scrambling T5+, could be done as a very interesting alpine traverse from Rossflue via Schafnase and Giswilerstock.
