F30 N55 335i Oil Change

Hi Everyone,
Today's video, I am going to show you how I did the oil change on my BMW F30 335i with the N55 engine. This DIY is pretty easy to do and will be similar if not the same on all if not most of the N55 engines out there. You can find the N55 engine in many models such as the 135i, 335i, and 535i. Please enjoy the video!
NOTE: I'm not a certified mechanic or do this as a profession. I do this to not only save money but to also harness my skills and learn a little more in hopes that I can inspire others to do the same.

yooo I just did my oil change on my F30 mine is mineral grey as well! I have the same oil bin, you need to unplug the red flap at the top it’ll help relieve pressure to catch the oil properly so it doesn’t over spill. Also I used FCP euros life time warranty with the oil change kit, I got a full refund within 3 days of shipping it off.

Oh yea definitely! But like I said in the video, the bin wasn’t full. The oil was hitting the top of the shallow bin and bouncing off on to the ground before it even drained into the bin itself. Def love FCP warranty. Probably the best in the biz. Thanks for watching fam 🤙🏾
