A group of (first time beginner) adventurers are whisked away to a magical interdimensional museum. This museum holds untold power, thrilling individual character story potential, and each exhibit sets them on a quest across the various realms of this reality. Guided by two Curators and an animatronic named Freddy our host of (kidnapped?) invited guests help keep up the day to day book keeping and maintenance of its ancient halls. The museum is a hub for these adventurers and a safe place for those residing within it (except the Lobby of course). Transport yourselves with our D&D players to Space Port, Dino Rodeo, and as many places as we can imagine to fight, roleplay, and explore our way through this unique, two-dungeon master DND experience. Sit down with our in person game: play tabletop games, roll dice, make critical successes and failures, defeat monsters, cast spells, and learn about the depths of what we are and aren't willing to do along the way. If you still happen to be reading the SEO focused part of our description, congratulations, we really appreciate it! You get to share this secret moment with us, the dungeon masters, and yourself. Just know that right now we are thinking of you and spending a moment of quiet appreciation for you. To show that you are in the "I Read the Whole Entire Description" Club please comment the 69th word of the session. Thanks bunches!
Featuring Charlie 'MoistCr1tikal' as Hugh Fructose (Giff - Plasmoid Arcane Trickster Rogue), Matt as Shark Gorgon of Gorgon & Gorgon (Bugbear Zealot Barbarian), Danny as Valaar (Aasimar Glory Paladin), Caleb as Foray Forthwith (Human Cleric of the Storm and Monk), Chase as Seven (Warforged Druid of the Moon), Chelsey as Stewie (Firbolg Bard of Spirits), Aaron as Hemp Pumpo (Gnome Evocation Wizard), and Ryan + Drew as Everyone Else (Dungeon Masters)!
I feel so bad for drew having to figure out what Ryan has going on in his world 😭
One of the biggest running jokes of this series has got to be stewie always on the verge of death
You guys have NO IDEA what this show does for my mental health
Thank you crew x1000❤
Let's goooooo!!!!!
Sidebar. Can we get a natural progression of Drew's beautiful hair? One week we get normal. The next we get a little bed head. Back to normal then half wolverine. I just want to see final form. Einstein Drew 🔥
I want Skill Check merch!
Just got off work. Ready to relax and enjoy my favorite show 🙌
Dawg same. Got off early and was greeted with another episode of epicness
@@dontaecamacho5780 we truly are blessed
At this point, Seven desperately needs a handicap. Maybe someone else should roll his attack rolls since he’s so unlucky 😭.
The "create a god" thing makes me think someone just watched Working For God In A Godless World.
The amount of 21s being rolled is just divine intervention at this point
I keep thinking about this skit from the Netflix show "I think you should leave, The bone brigade" and the current arc and the similarities are both unintentionally more hilarious because of it.
Sometimes i cant sleep for hours and feel bad. But when i watch these videos and listen to charlie and his friends having fun i feel much better and i can sleep. Thank u very much for u all❤❤❤
This is why co-DM's can be amazing, good to see drew back for an ep!
I’d be stoked for a Ludwig guest spot! 🤙🏻
This needs to blow up more!
Its time for some skil check booooooooyyyyyyyyyys!!!!
Let's go ladies and gentlemen!!!
I love how sleepy everyone is lol
Sevens rolling reminds me of another DnD party I am listening to, where to Cleric of the part has low rolls all the time.
Hell yeah Skill Check’s back!! Needed this to get through my shift🙏🏽
hemp literally gets grucho glasses in the first 5 mins of the video
THANK U FOR THEE EPISODE !! 😸
It is Wednesday my dudes
Indeed it is happy hump day my guy 🎉
Seven needs a magic unga-bunga-bludgeoning-toy to cast shalaylee on so it actually hits lol. An idea for a cool roleplay item that helps him not miss that I came up with is this "the Primal Stick. +5 to attack. Curse: can make even constructs feel primal, when in combat, if you fail to damage someone by any means for 3 consecutive rounds you revert back to caveman, attacking the nearest creature for 3 rounds". Gives him an excuse to do caveman 7 voice if it happens and has combat effectiveness and something to watch out for.
This is a great idea
Needed this fr
ahhhh yes!! the jank makes me feel alive!!!
yey more skill check!
This shows the best
Thanks father I just got off of work
Happy Wednesday everyone, new episode of skillcheck time
Hey Hey Hey! It's that time again, y'all!

Once a week just isn't enough. 😔🤙

One day Seven will do some damage, one day....
They should turn Jesse into a god
Hello algo my old friend
1:14:35
2:20 Wait, you actually read that comment about the formula for simulating a d32 (which is d8 + (d4 - 1) * 8)? 😲 I had divided the [1, 32] range in 4 other ranges just so you could use dice D&D already uses (a d8 and a d4), but I didn't even think about the 4 different suits in the deck (so it's way more convenient/interpretable to roll a d4 for a suit, and then a d8 for the cards in each suit) 👍 Considering what the table of the Deck Of Miscellany looks like (I thought it was a homebrew item, but it's from The Book of Many Things), all you need to do (besides rolling a d4 for the suit; let's say 1=♦,2=♥,3=♣,4=♠) is adding 2 to the d8 roll (that makes it fall on the [3,10] range used by the table). In your example, since d8 = 7 and d4 = 1 then the card you got was a (7+2)(1) = 9♦ (which corresponds to manacles on the table) 🔗
32:50 "If I was on his back, am I along for that ride?" There's only one thing better than flight for one character: flight/movement for two (or three, even: 1:41:03) characters for the price of one (though that might be a bit too dangerous for Hemp since Valaar is a melee character) 🪽🪽
1:14:30 "There's only so many more bad rolls you can have, now you're going to reset his RNG" Seven needs to be rebooted (or pick the Lucky feat at some point) 🤖
1:17:19 Breaking your own fall with a Thunderwave definitely qualifies for the rule of cool ⚡〰 You also fall prone when you land (unless you can avoid taking damage), which is another good reason to worry about falling.
We did read it! Mister Hemp loved the idea. We just need to prep the table a bit better and we're running with it thanks for the suggestion :)
Bro Caleb is so cute irl!! I saw his face in Charlies video where they had to guess what is inside the box. And oh my he is so adorable 😭😭🌸 i liked his sense of humor in this series but he is always covering his face. I never knew he was cute too. 🥹🌸
Simp. LoL
This is critically missing music, GUYS this is so important for immersiooooooon
Who wants to play dnd with me? ✋

I almost wanna cast wish to make stewie the druid and se7en (spelling might be wrong) the bard lol. They’re characters and players seem to have this affinity to RP and be interested in the opposite job but still work the way they are. Also does anyone know when the druid class gets wild shape or is it not being used? Trying to learn as i watch and googling it isnt as fun😂
He has wild shape he’s used it to turn to a rat once and a dog? Maybe? He turned into something in order to talk to the fire breathing rabbit he’s just not using it, I think at level five or six he can use it for better fighting animals but as of right now he’s just not using it much
(Full description of wild shape below) Unless he is a certain subclass he can only use it twice per day. And he can only shift into stuff if their cr is low (so best he could do right now is like a wolf or crocadile). And it has a limited time. So for the moment using it for combat is really viable. It's more of a scouting, hiding, transport (ground creatures for moment) tool which they haven't really needed. They did use it to communicate with animals though. I personally like Stewie as a bard, I just don't think she knows how to play one. Which I'm fine with cause if she wanted to with all of the magic and proficiencies a bard gets she could quite literally just do any skill check anyone else did better or just solve with magic. I just wished she used her bird literally like once lol. She could send it out to scout and cast message to get info from it and much more stuff with spells.
Wild Shape
Starting at 2nd level, you can use your action to magically assume the shape of a beast that you have seen before. You can use this feature twice. You regain expended uses when you finish a short or long rest.
Your druid level determines the beasts you can transform into, as shown in the Beast Shapes table. At 2nd level, for example, you can transform into any beast that has a challenge rating of 1/4 or lower that doesn't have a flying or swimming speed.
Beast Shapes
Level | Max CR | Limitations
2nd | 1/4 | No flying or swimming
4th | 1/2 | No flying
8th | 1 | None
You can stay in a beast shape for a number of hours equal to half your druid level (rounded down). You then revert to your normal form unless you expend another use of this feature. You can revert to your normal form earlier by using a bonus action on your turn. You automatically revert if you fall unconscious, drop to 0 hit points, or die.
While you are transformed, the following rules apply:
Your game statistics are replaced by the statistics of the beast, but you retain your alignment, personality, and Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores. You also retain all of your skill and saving throw proficiencies, in addition to gaining those of the creature. If the creature has the same proficiency as you and the bonus in its stat block is higher than yours, use the creature's bonus instead of yours. If the creature has any legendary or lair actions, you can't use them.
When you transform, you assume the beast's hit points and Hit Dice. When you revert to your normal form, you return to the number of hit points you had before you transformed. However, if you revert as a result of dropping to 0 hit points, any excess damage carries over to your normal form, For example, if you take 10 damage in animal form and have only 1 hit point left, you revert and take 9 damage. As long as the excess damage doesn't reduce your normal form to 0 hit points, you aren't knocked unconscious.
You can't cast spells, and your ability to speak or take any action that requires hands is limited to the capabilities of your beast form. Transforming doesn't break your concentration on a spell you've already cast, however, or prevent you from taking actions that are part of a spell, such as Call Lightning, that you've already cast.
You retain the benefit of any features from your class, race, or other source and can use them if the new form is physically capable of doing so. However, you can't use any of your special senses, such as darkvision, unless your new form also has that sense.
You choose whether your equipment falls to the ground in your space, merges into your new form, or is worn by it. Worn equipment functions as normal, but the DM decides whether it is practical for the new form to wear a piece of equipment, based on the creature's shape and size. Your equipment doesn't change size or shape to match the new form, and any equipment that the new form can't wear must either fall to the ground or merge with it. Equipment that merges with the form has no effect until you leave the form.
@@yakobobey3681 that’s an enormous help thanks
only 2 hours, sad
no views, man skill check fell off...
Still early, weathers getting nicer and they had a week off.I think the numbers will come this weekend
@@zoso1up it was joke, i made that comment like a minute after the video dropped, on my feed it literally said "no views" lmao
@silence7896 my bad lol,I still think skill check doesn't get enough love
@@zoso1up i agree, it really surprises me how underrated it feels despite moist critikal being part of it.
Love the show but the dm isn't really doing ya'll justice. I havent felt immersed on any of the episodes and everyone always looks tired. Hopefully it'll get better with time and the dm can better his storytelling with less remarks and random non story bits and filler words
