You have no clue how this helps me... my cousin, brother in law, and brother have all let me practice on them since barber school is closed for me and I can no longer get good instruction from my instructor. Them fades are coming together and this helps me even more

FADED CULTURE well, one thing for sure, I would suggest a live Q&A that answers questions for beginning barbers. To help even more, if possible, a haircut while doing the Q&A to address some of those problems beginning barbers are having wouldn’t be a bad idea. Which wahl guards would you recommend? The ones in your description is no longer available
Try to find a set that includes the .5 and 1.5 guard and yeah a lot clippers and accessories are sold out due to everyone stuck at home cutting their own hair
FADED CULTURE I have both the .5 and 1.5, I just got in the same clipper you use and they came with it. My only issue is I am having a super hard time clipper over combing on my left side. So I think I’d be better off guarding my way up to the top of the head. I’m assuming any one on amazon will do.
CalzoneOP yeah if that’s the case any wahl original guards will work, what’s the hugest guard your using in the side before clipper over comb?
FADED CULTURE 1.5 and open. I had to freehand the clipper over comb part. I don’t have the best mirror setup and it’s super hard with glasses and doing the left side. The 5 star seniors only came with .5, 1 and 1.5
CalzoneOP yeah definitely try and get some higher number guards to help clipper over coming from 1.5 to longer hair on top is pretty difficult

I think just to make this video any better, use technology . Like annotate which lines you’re taking out and just show 0, lever open, 1 open, 2 open etc

I would suggest buying one, but if you can’t try using the #1 guard lever open and just using the corners making sure to flick out

Great work but I don't have 1.5 and 3.5 guards :/ I have only 1 - 7 guards. I need calculator for those lenghts. Please make same guide video how to do this haircut but without 1.5 and 3.5 guard😉 I would love to make same haircut by myself. But it's hard without mirrors with free hand on back site
your 1 guard with the lever open equals to 1.5 and a 3 guard with the lever open equals to a 3.5.

It’s totally normal, but we suggest you have a system in place like the ones we show that way your always practicing same steps over and over and tweaking them to your best abilities.
