I love it when the groom actually works on a beautiful wedding. Some them just make it cross between a frat boys party with a theme a child or teen would love with a dress and some vows thrown in because they just want to spend a lot of money doing something for themselves and their friends. The Vegas one being the most selfish of them all.

This is a great example of where the groom knows the bride better than she knows her self. She was so beautiful and the dress he picked out for her as well as her Teaira. What Woman deep down really doesn’t want to be treated like a princess and have a Princess carriage pick her up for her wedding day and then James Bond husband to bring the helicopter in as well. He may have not bought an expensive ring and he may have forgotten the bridesmaids vehicle and couldn’t afford their addresses but he gave his word to pay them back and he was mighty handsome in his Kilt and Scottish attire (as was his Best man)!!! I thought it was a beautiful wedding I wish we could’ve seen the little girl better but maybe they chose not to let her be a part of the pictures and I do totally understand that being a mother and a grandmother… And what a venue he found as well as her church she was able to get married in. He checked off all of the main boxes and I’m really proud of this groom. I guarantee you my husband could’ve never done 1/2 of what he did so congratulations to the Bride & Groom (& the Little Princess,💕🌸) & Their FUTURE TOGETHER💕🌈❣️

The groom and best man did really well. They knew what a traditional wedding is all about with a touch of modern bling. The groom was so concentrated on his brides day he forgot about the Family's .. the cousin that gave her away .. and the bridesmaids .. etcetera ..

Both family's, the bridesmaids and friends were lovely people, and it looked like a fun wedding.

I know a lot of brides that paid for the bridesmaid's dresses....and some that paid for a portion of the dress.

Also contributed or completely paid for several showers and bachelorette parties.
I cannot imagine accepting a request to stand up in a wedding and not paying for my own dress at the very least.
I live in the US and have always thought that if the bride is choosing a dress why should the bridesmaids pay? If I had had a large wedding I would never expect someone to pay for their own dress. The British have a better idea of what wedding etiquette should be.

He can’t manage money well. He spent money on a helicopter before buying the ring and bridesmaids dresses and didn’t consider thinking through the budget before hand and missed details because of that.
He brought out that Lil pink princess side of her. It was so sweet. U know ur man did good when u hear all friends talking bout it. N yea probably could've done without the helicopter ride.
I watched thihs again but not to be a prude but why in the heck is the groom drinking before the wedding since he is so devout and since he barely got his church wedding. Some churches wont marry you if you were drinking before the wedding. One wonders whether this couple will last.

Why exactly is he responsible for the bridesmaids dresses. Maybe a UK thing? We usually buy our own and pay for the hen do too. The most the bridesmaid’s get is maybe some jewelry. But certainly not full dress, and shoes.

That seems to be the norm nowadays. Children first then the marriage. Both of my grown sons say almost every young woman they know that is single (no prior marriage) has a child or some more than one. My youngest was dating a nice girl until he said her daughter called him "Daddy". He said he was out of there. The real father should be present enough for the little girl to call him Daddy.

The Church has its rules and regulations. They don't just marry people just because, if they don't know who they are. The Church isn't just an accessory. He says they're both devout Catholics, but they aren't really. Catholics are not supposed to live together before marriage The Catholic Church considers marriage a sacrament.

In my country bridesmaids aren't really a thing, but to me it seems much more logical to have the bride pay for them. If the bride wants people to wear something specific, something the girls wouldn't choose themselves so they'll never wear it again, she has to cover the cost, I'd say. Also, if the bride decides on a dress, it might put bridesmaids with different financial means in an uncomfortable position. You only need one loud and rich person to create a skewed group dynamic that's difficult to navigate. Why should it be expensive for other people if someone wants to be a wife? That's odd to me.
@@jt5733 I understand what you are saying but keep in mind the Bride asks you to be her bridesmaid, if you can't for whatever reason whether it's financially impossible or you don't have the time you can say no. And not be a bridesmaid. The bride doesn't just pick you as a bridesmaid and you are stuck doing it. It's your choice and when you agree you agree to spend the time and money. Saying that doesn't mean the bride gets to do whatever, she needs to also keep in mind bridesmaids situations and keep things at an understanding level
