सबसे पहले आपको ये जानना चाहिए कि भ्रष्टाचार की बुनियाद पर इस 40 मंजिला इमारत की नींव कैसे रखी गई... नोएडा प्राधिकरण ने साल 2006 में सुपरटेक को 17.29 एकड़ जमीन सेक्टर-93 ए में आवंटित की ... इस सेक्टर में एमेराल्ड कोर्ट ग्रुप हाउसिंग प्रोजेक्ट के तहत 15 टावरों का निर्माण किया गया ... प्रत्येक टॉवर में 11 मंजिल बनी थीं... 2009 में नोएडा अथॉरिटी के पास सुपरटेक बिल्डर ने रिवाइज्ड प्लान जमा कराया...
इस प्लान में एपेक्स और सियान नाम से दो टावरों के लिए FAR यानी फ्लोर एरिया रेसियो निर्धारित किया गया.... बिल्डर ने इन दोनों टावरों के लिए 24 फ्लोर के निर्माण की मंजूरी मिली.... इस पर बिल्डर ने 40 फ्लोर के हिसाब से 857 फ्लैट बनाने शुरू कर दिए जिसके बाद इनमें करीब 600 फ्लैट की बुकिंग भी हो गई....
लेकिन कुछ दिन बाद ही बॉयर्स ने इसका विरोध शुरू कर दिया और इसे गिराने के लिए RWA ने इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल की गई....अदालत में इसके निर्माण में यूपी अपार्टमेंट ओनर्स एक्ट के उल्लंघन का दावा किया गया और ये तर्क दिया गया कि दोनों टावर के बीच की दूरी 16 मीटर से कम है,,,, इसके साथ ही इस टावर के जो सबसे करीब इमारत है उसकी दूरी महज 9 मीटर है और उस बिल्डिंग में सैकड़ों परिवार रहते हैं
अप्रैल साल 2014 में हाईकोर्ट ने दोनों टावर को गिराने का आदेश दिया
इसके साथ ही ये भी कहा कि खरीदारों को रिफंड दिया जाए और इन टावरो को शीध्रातिशीघ्र सील किया जाए... हाईकोर्ट के फैसले को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चैलेंज किया गया लेकिन कहते हैं ना कि भ्रष्टाचार की बुनियाद बहुत कमजोर होती है और सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हाई कोर्ट के फैसले को बरकरार रखते हुए इसे ढहाने का आदेश दे दिया...

First of all you should know that how the foundation of this 40 storey building was laid on the foundation of corruption... Noida Authority allotted 17.29 acres of land to Supertech in the year 2006 in Sector-93A... Emerald Court Group in this sector 15 towers were constructed under the housing project... each tower had 11 floors... In 2009, Supertech Builder submitted a revised plan to the Noida Authority...
In this plan, FAR i.e. floor area ratio has been fixed for two towers named Apex and Cyan. Started making 857 flats since then, after which about 600 flats were booked.
But after a few days the boyars started opposing it and RWA filed a petition in Allahabad High Court to demolish it. That the distance between the two towers is less than 16 meters,,,, Along with this the distance of the nearest building to this tower is only 9 meters and hundreds of families live in that building.

अखिर कोई भी बिल्डर हवा में तो बिल्डिंग का निर्माण नहीं किया होगा। सारे मानकों का अनुपालन कोई sdm रैंक ऑफिसर किया होगा। जैसे ही नीव तैयार हुई होगी तो उसका निरीक्षण क्या हवा हवाई ही हो गई। उसका विरोध क्यों नहीं किया गया।

मानक गलत है तो कुछ फ्लोर कम कर देते ,ये तो पूरी बिल्डिंग ही गिराने की बात सही नही है।

ऐसे अनाधिकृत इमरते गिरानेके शिवाय जबत करके उनकी मिल्टरी, विमांनडल, नेव्ही के लोगोके लिये स्टाफ क्वार्टर के लिये उपयोग करना चाहिए. गिराके क्या फैदआ?
