      @@nathanhz I agree, sounds ridiculously good.
      Which Hislop cabs in particular are you using? I bought his DH 2X12 Green & DH 2X10 G10V packs. Interested in trying the particular ones you use here.

    Absolutely love the tone! How do you get that overdriven trail at the end of your reverb? Are your delays in front of the amp or how does that work? It sounds so good.

    • @elias4493
      @elias4493 Před rokem

      I love that sound as well, I’m pretty sure you get that just from running everything into the amp rather than do an effects loop

    Hey your reverb sounds amazing for this song. Which big sky settings are you using? We’re playing this on Sunday so I’m trying to get a good reverb going…Thanks!
    Update: I think I figured it out. It’s a bright arena Hall with the mix, mids, and mod turned up pretty high. Sounds REALLY good on the bridge pickup with my strat tone knob at about 6!

    • @xcjfn
      @xcjfn Před rokem

      he's using a cloud verb on the bigsky - high mix and decay, not too much modulation, but its there.

      @@xcjfn yeah coming back to this video I definitely hear the cloud now.

    Are these the actual parts or an interpretation? I ask because my playback version has literally no EG tracks. Regardless this is beautiful.

    • @nathanhz
      @nathanhz  Před 2 lety +4

      @Erik Hartley this cover was made before the actual song or album came out on music platforms. The audio of this song I’m playing along to is from CZcams from bethel’s channel. So pretty much everything I played here was by ear or self made parts. Thanks for your comment!
