- The drive from Kathu through to Postmasburg was very scary. The big trucks and cars were driving pretty wild. At least we made it through safely. On the road we came across the Lohatla military training facility and we just had to stop at the vehicles on display. Then we arrived at an interesting mining town in the Northern Cape, Postmasburg. We found the town to be very busy but it had an intriguing history. The stop where they loaded the iron ore and manganese onto the trains was really cool to see. It was a good visit to Postmasburg. #DustBugs #adventuretravel #southafrica #southafricavlog #travelongravel #northerncape #postmasburg #kathu

The clear blue sky just as God made and meant it to be.
Have a nice sunday thanks for the video 🌈🌈🌈
Once again. Thank you for the upload and sharing.
Such beautiful clouds! But oh my! How people drive!! I would have hated that. That tank looks really kwaai! ??!! What has happened to our army then? Yay! A choo-choo! I think its the iron ore making everything pink, it does have a reddish colour. I love the old graves. Thanks for showing us the railway and the mining trucks. Grizzly bars? But not bears! I have always seen Postmasburg on the map and wondered what it looked like. Seems a nice peaceful town. The best was once again the sky. Those clouds just stole the show! Lovely 3D effect. Thank you again.
Thank you for the stop at the cemetery ❤
I agree Curtis. The stonework on the church is near perfect.
Eland we called Noddy Car.
Thanks again for showing us the towns that we have only heard of and never visited.
A large spread out town. Beautiful reformed church.
I did many camp there and hated it like you would not belive.
Wow. ,that was a trip & a half. Thank you so much, very interesting.
Good morning to you. Just tuning in and saw you went to Postmansburg. Have inlaw family live there. They used to work for the Army but now are retired. Used to visit there regurarly when my husband were still alive. Beautiful places we have in SA. I like watching your videos.
I worked there on housing projects in 2010 and that swimming pool was like that. Nothing been done in all this time. When we had the huge flood there and park homes and carvans washed away. It was scary really very scary
Am amazed by the greenery in these northern Cape towns!
That brought back some memories. Cemeteries tell us so much. Glad to hear Sonia encourage you to turn in. Safe travels in a wonderful part of SA.
Thanks guys. Memories of vasbyt at Luatla many moons agao. A very nice town and i am amazed at the green in most of the Northern Cape towns. The stone they used to build are beautiful and they stood the test of times. Well done. It was a veruy nice and rewarding trip. Please continue with your excellent work.
Hi you two! Thanks for this very interesting ride under blue skies with REAL clouds. I hope you weren't chased with a rainstorm again on your way out of town.
Nowhere in RSA, you can see a neatly clean cemetery. What a shame!!!😡😡
I was quite surprised to see how big the town is. I always thought it is small.thanks for this trip. I really enjoyed it to explore further and further. Each town is a mile stone in my exploration with your kindness allowing me with. Till the next one
