It’s not every few weeks. Lol. It can be every year for a natural look. And, the swollen look is only for the first week. Hopefully that helps. Seems like you don’t know a lot about fillers.

I had lip filler and my lips look the same but full. People at work couldn’t say what changed because I didn’t say anything but everyone complemented me on how beautiful I looked 🤷🏻♀️ so it can be achieved with good doctor
